CapezioWomen's Classic V-Neck Camisole Leotard

This is great little leotard for the money. It is well made with good coverage, fabric has good stretch for movement and is of a decent gauge of thickness without being bulky, nice fabric weave and soft. The back is cut high enough that it will hide most bras except racer backs and the low point on the back scoop is right about 1 1/2 below the top of your shoulder blade. Straps are nice and wide but not overly so, front is high enough that it keeps things covered and where they should be when you bend over. There is no funky seams to irritate pits, hips or seats under street clothes which is nice. Arm holes are nice no side cleavage and legs are cut like a standard bikini panty..there is nothing extreme about the cut of this. It fits true to size but if you are not a dancer or into performance wear you may not know you have to use your measurements to find your correct size. If you buy it too small yes, it will stretch to fit you but it will get stretched out and sloppy fitting before too long. If you buy the right size, cold water wash in a laundry bag on delicate, hang dry it, it holds up well and colors stay pretty bright for a year and counting. We just bought this red one and the color is nice.

Bought this for my Halloween costume (Scarlet Witch) and after reading the reviews of recommending buying a larger size, I was nervous on what size to buy, despite looking at the size chart (I’m usually a small). Went with my gut, bought a small, and when it arrived, it looked so tiny, but it stretches a lot so it ended up fitting me perfectly! It’s a little tight on the shoulders but nothing bad. Wore it for 5 hours and it wasn’t uncomfortable. Def recommend!

Great leo, fits as expected (I took measurements beforehand) but make sure you visit Capezio site's size chart to make sure...girth (torso length, essentially) will play a bigger role than you think in how comfortable it is. Official leotards tend to run small.I ordered a SMALL and my measurements were:Chest: 33"Waist: 25"Hips: 32"Girth: 56"And though the size chart lists girth for "small" at 57-59", I found it to be a little snug...but again, this is for ballerinas, so...stuff's gotta be tight, haha.PLEASE NOTE: Color may not be what you expect. I ordered "ballet pink", and it was exactly that, but NOT the color you see in the description of the product here on Amazon (see photo below, in natural light). When in doubt, visit the official website to check.The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because the nylon blend material is not as comfortable as their cotton-based leos. The stitching can be a little annoying. There's no shelf bra, so I have to wear a thin nude fabric bra underneath, even though the white and pink leos have double lining in front (other colors dont).

I normally don't give five star ratings and in real life, I'd give this 4.5 stars. The color was a shade or two lighter than their pictures, which is what I was hoping. The front half is fully lined so is opaque. When the small was placed on a dress form set to 34.5-27.5-38, the overall fit was amazing, however if you have a long torso, go with the next size up. The material has good stretch yet is strong enough to pull things in a bit and smooth.

I bought this for my daughter for a musical. She had to change costumes during the show, so this was the bodysuit (paired with tights) she wore under them. She said it was comfortable & worked well for her.Also washed well.

Returned since the material was shinier and less stretchy than the black one I got previously.

Great value for your money!

This is just what we needed! I bought the small for my 13yo 100lb daughter and it was a little short because of her long torso, but we made it work because time was too tight to get the size up. It is a bit thicker than some of the dance leotards, and looked just like her skin tone. Its not too low in the back like some are (which we needed for wearing under a particular costume). It is very simple- not adjustable in any way. Much like a gymnastics leotard. She was pleased with it!ETA 10/8/15. Just bought another one of these and we are still in love. The tank styling is great - comfortable but not too low in the front or back. Daughter is now 105 lbs and about 5' 5" with a long torso and the women's medium fit nicely.

Me encantó! Lo usé en mis finciones de teatro y me ajustó de maravilla. El sudor no traspasa a la ropa de teatro y me ajustó a la perfección, lo q me permitió hacer los cambios de ropa más rapido. Con: para ir al baño si te lo tienes que quitar todo, pero para mi fue un con pequeñito.

This is a beautiful, well made leotard, exactly what I expect from Capezio. It is comfortable and fits well.
