I gave it only 4 stars because the amazon listing specified that I was purchasing a set of 3 albums with the added bonus of 1 package of 8 refill pages. The bonus 8 refill pages was not included in the package when it arrived. I called amazon and they told me I would have to return the entire product of 3 albums and they would ship me another complete package. I didn't want the hassle of returning the package or the delay or waiting for a replacement to arrive. Amazon gave me the phone number or the seller and I tried to contact them directly. I left a message on a voice mail that did not identify themselves by company or business name; 10 days have passed and they have not bothered to return my call or respond to my complaint. Since I have only had the product in my possession for 2 weeks I can not verify the durability of the product but the albums are well constructed and beautiful. The functionality and space saving feature is a great way to store dvds, blue rays, and cds.

We have several of these. A few of each color. They are beautiful and I like that you can put the cover art in the bottom half of the page. Very well made, and looks classy.
