CorLiving PPU-330-U Patio Umbrella, Sand Gray

I placed my first order for this umbrella last week. It arrived, I unpackaged it and put it in the table and base. When cranking it up, it seemed like all the umbrella "ribs" were out of alignment. I tried to manually straighten them, but they wouldn't budge. I tried to crank the umbrella open and the small metal bars that hold the mental supports started to pop out of the plastic that hold them. I returned the umbrella and received a replacement in 2 days (Thanks Amazon Prime!!)Repeated the process and had the same out come - I don't know if these are getting broken in the shipping process, or just faulty manufacturing, but either way, both umbrellas broke when trying to be opened for the first time.I've had many patio umbrellas, so I don't think this is user error. ;)

This is a great, sturdy umbrella. Fits perfect on my small balcony.

Don't buy this. The design is flawed. It never felt right cranking it open and closed and after only 2 months one of the metal arms snapped in half. Very disappointed.

Not durable .....Broke after a couple of days ....

Great for the price

I picked this umbrella out prior to Christmas 2017 and received it as a gift that December. The color was "Sandy Brown." I put the umbrella up on my patio on December 27th, 2017 and by early February it had faded from "Sandy Brown" to "Purple." When I compared parts of the umbrella that were shaded from the sun by an eve, as well as the underside, the shaded parts retained more of the original "Sandy Brown" color. Since the seller of this product was Amazon LLC themselves, they happy made a refund exception on a defective product and took it back. Glad I kept the box and gift receipt! The mechanics and structure of the umbrella were fine but then I never really had it long enough to put that to the test!

Amazon.ca fulfilled this order and l purchased a great big quality complete umbrella ready to pop in the stand! ! great price for such a well constructed item. I love the big span of shade it provides. I live rural and the winds have destroyed two umbrellas already. NOT this one. I purchased an inexpensive holder from amazon as well and so far this baby is the real deal. I absolutely love the light shade of the sturdy fabric as well.

I am disappointed because the umbrella blew partially inside-out on the second day I had it up, even though the wind wasn't blowing hard. The metal ribs aren't very strong and cannot take much of a breeze.

Purchased this as a warehouse deal for my balcony and it is excellent quality for the pricepoint. Very strongly constructed in a soft brown with the supporting structure in metal, i would highly recommend this even at regular price. On receipt I realised that as it is quite weighty it would need a heavy base and I am currently waiting for delivery of a base in cement.

Not the product I thought it would be.

Umbrella spoke broke on second use. Too late to return. A waste of your money.
