My natural doctor told me a few years back that I needed evening primrose. I got tired of taking a handful of capsules because I knew I needed more than a little bit. I pour some in my smoothie every morning. It just gives a calm even balanced feeling. I am 54 and never have menopause symptoms. This is part of the reason why. I also think it aids in beautiful skin. This company has been great I highly recommend this brand! It’s the only brand I ever use :)

Been taking soft gels for years, but due to a swallowing issue, I decided to try the liquid and love it. I do wish that it was easier to pour without wastage.

EPO was recommended to help my body prepare for labor and delivery in a couple of weeks. I chose this company because I've had good results in the past with other products. But all the pills are stuck together! Every pill take I have to pry them apart and hope I don't break it and spill the oil everywhere. I'm assuming the package got too hot or something. Although I also received their Balance Oil in the same package and those were fine.

High quality oil. Was recommended by my doctor to take internally and topically. It is clear tasting oil and when applied topically, was very effective as a moisturizer.

Taking it to reduce inflammation on Drs orders, but more noticeable for me is, it Seems to help reduce reduce hot flashes for me.

This primrose oil smells funny but I took it anyway. I went back to my regular organic PR oil and may try this one again another time.
