Will update review later, but so far my only wish was that the dose was 1 concentrated tsp versus 1 tablespoon, but will continue taking & update later. As for the taste it's fine. So many reviews talk about the terrible taste, yet most foods that are good for you don't taste like candy. I'm willing to take any supplement if it helps me to get better. This liquid multiple contains allot of helpful & healthy ingredients so anyone should be able to tolerate 1 quick tablespoon then follow it up with your desired drink & the taste is gone. Placed in fridge, will update review later.

A friend of mine suggested I try these vitamins because they absorb more easily. I quickly noticed an increase in my energy levels after switching to this vitamin. The flavor isn't great. I think it tastes like apple cider vinegar. The dose is a tablespoon and I just make sure to swallow it quickly and have some water nearby. You must keep it refrigerated after opening and shake every time you use it. I am very pleased with this product and I plan to add it to a subscription order.

I started feeling more energy and alertness a couple of days after I first started taking this liquid vitamin. Just hold it under your tongue a couple of minutes then swish around then swallow. Tastes like tart cherry, not bad taste. I do recommend this product and will be purchasing another bottle soon.

Love this product, the taste is not good but once you get past that it highly improves energy levels

So it's difficult to tell whether this Daily Multiple is working or not, but I seem to feel better. I'm also taking their Liquid Boron in conjunction with the Daily. Only time will tell.

Daily Multiple is wonderful! It is the best vitamin / mineral supplement I have found that is liquid and highly absorbable. It tastes great too.

I like the product. I use it daily for vitamins. I can see the difference for when I do and don't take it.
