My Customers love it
I own a very busy concession stand and was looking for a simple way of adding Sauerkraut to our condiment setup. We sell Snoballs and Hot dogs. We do very large events and needed something that was a good quality product that could be added quickly, without leaving a huge mess. This was our answer to our prayers. We asked customers to give their honest feedback since it was a new product that we were trying out. We applied the the Sauerkraut but showed them the bottle. Every customer that tried it we saw their face light up. It was a huge success. Approximately 25 out of 25 who tried it stated that it was really good. One of the customers stated he was from Poland. He said this was the real deal. I will definitely be ordering more soon. Hopefully they sell these buy the case.

Better Than I Hoped.
So I love sauerkraut. I am a fan of artisanal krauts and good old fashioned kraut in a jar from the grocery. But sometimes you just want to have a little kraut on a hot dog or a sandwich but don't want to open a whole jar. And then I found this product! So first the highlights: great taste, ease of use, portion control. You really just squeeze a nice line of sauerkraut down the dog, add some mustard and go. Now this kraut has been finely minced to come out of the bottle easily, so the texture is different. It is more of a slurry, no real strings of cabbage. I did not find this objectionable but it does differ from most kraut in this way. Although it is designed as a condiment so that makes sense. But the flavor is that of a true kraut and not particularly salty. I will be keeping this product in my condiment shelf moving forward!

Might sound and look a little different but if you like kraut it’s with the buying.
What a surprise. We thought we would try it during the super bowl game. Our neighbor is a brat cooking king so we bought one for him and one for ourselves. He cut some of the brats into 1in. pieces,topped them with a health dose of Sauer Frau, put a toothpick in them put on a tray with different kinds of mustard for a dipping sauce...wow , what a hit.Everyone was asking about the kraut.Plus the neighbor made plenty full size brats. The little “1 biters ” were just a tease.Well we ran out of Sauer Frau!Needless to say, everyone love the Sauer Frau squeeze. The loved the flavor, the texture, the ease of using it and, most importantly, no muss no fuss.

So convenient, so delicious
I love this sauerkraut! It was always kind of a hassle to have 'kraut around because it comes in ENORMOUS jars, when you only need like half a cup. This squeezable little number now sits on my condiment shelf all year and find myself putting it on everything! Move-over ketchup, 'kraut's my main game now.Also - this is not big, long crunchy threads of sauerkraut, an important note if that's something you're looking for. This is purposefully smaller and easier to manage texture and size.

Product may have been tampered with
Product arrived today without a cap as pictured on Amazon. This item cannot be returned, either. And I cannot find a way to contact anyone about this. Need to throw it out because I do not know who tampered with it.

Kraft mustard flavor
Great when you are the only one in your household that eats sauerkraut. Someone named Alison B asked for nutrition information. Apparently there is no way to leave a picture for an answer so I hope she finds this. This is for the kraft mustard flavor

Good, tasty Sauerkraut in convenient dispensers
I really like this Sauerkraut, especially due to the convenience. I am a Sauerkraut fan and like it with almost anything. Due to the dispenser, this is a fairly finely ground kraut (think like a thick applesauce) but is delicious and so easy to use.

No sauerkraut taste.
I am sorry to say, I am not a fan of this product. I found it to be tasteless and difficult to squeeze onto my hotdogs. I ordered the craft beer flavored and was sorely disappointed. When I squeezed the bottle, I got lots of liquid on my bun but no kraut. It made the bun soggy. The hole in the cap was plugged with the product and it took another utensil to actually get the kraut out. When it came out, it was on big clump. I regret to report this product as I am a fan of kraut and hotdogs. This is not a reasonable substitute.
