Solar Powered Air Pump, Oxygenator Aerator Air Pump Oxygen for Outdoor Pool Pond Fish Tank,Oxygen Pump with Air Stone

Very impressed with this pump and have purchased a second one. It worked straight away, even with subdued sunlight. The built in battery gets charged and keeps the pump running when the weather gets dull. There are 3 settings: high, low and intermittent (10 secs on/ 10 secs off). It is not recommended to run it on high continuously. I have one pump connected to a sponge filter in a container pond. It can power a second airline, but the pressure is not strong enough for an air stone. Also if you are running 2 lines, you need a control valve to even out the air flow. My second pump lives in a greenhouse and powers an airline into a daphnia culture, and if i set up a second culture i can easily run a split line. When i move my container pond into the greenhouse over winter, the filter can carry on working and keep the fish happy. It remains to be seen how well these pumps last, they're both on intermittent setting to hopefully give them the longest possible life span.

Works great for a few weeks, the previous 2 I have bought have stopped working, not repairable at all. This is the third one I have bought.

This oxygenating pump is virtually silent and works even on a rather overcast day. It is very easy to assemble and very effective - lots of bubbles!I had a solar pump from another company which was so noisy i couldn’t use it because the noise was so intrusive and it only worked in direct brilliant sunshine.By contrast this pump is outstanding. Also the company was helpful and responsive when I had a slight problem with it. It is quite easy to lose/ throw away the divided plastic tube that allows 2 air stones to work from one pump so take care to keep track of all the little parts.I am extremely pleased with this product. I have placed the pump in a plastic tub which formerly housed washing powder just to give extra protection- even though it is described as waterproof.Make sure the pump is sited higher than the level of the water so that water can’t flow backwards into the pump itself.

Excellent product

Bought this to keep the cats away from the pond, which they insist on visiting every day!! Since getting it they walk so far along the fence, then it gives a little clicking noise and a light flashes and they don't put a step further, so perfect!! Has been working in dull weather too, but when we had 2 weeks of very dull weather it didn't work for day or two until we got better daylight, but that has only happened once when it wouldn't work

Like most things relatively cheap and electrical, finding one that works and is reliable after reading reviews is stressful. Everything seems to be Chinese made and all have such a variety of comments. This one had it's share of 'don't buy' etc, but I took a chance having spent a while looking at them all.Firstly, I have to say it's a lot better than the last one I bought. It stopped working as soon as the sun was at a right angle to the solar panel. This one keeps going and it's airflow is stronger. The panel is a bit bigger fair to say and it cost a bit more, but I think it was worth it. You get plenty of tubing and connector/splitter, you also get two stands, one is a lawn spike and the other you can screw either horizontally or vertically. I used the latter. My only downside (and bear in mind I only had it a couple of days) is that if you use both screw holes, you can't move it to follow the sun. I could just use one screw, or screw it to a piece of wood that swivels, but I get enough sun as it is. I'm happy with it, for now anyway....

Je l'ai acheté e août l'année dernière elle fonctionne toujours aussi bien pour les personne pour qui elle fonctionne plus au bout de quelques jours tapé dessus c’ les petite pièce à l'intérieur qui se colle si non démonter et décolle les pièces à l'intérieur

De eerste dagen werkte dit ding voortreffelijk, maar na enkele weken is er geen beweging meer in te krijgen. Waardeloos....
