Finally a solution to a 9 year issue!!
I have two 9 year old cats, one who has an extremely sensitive stomach and so far this food seems to be a winner. The biggest issue I have with my female cat and her sensitivity is a daily regurgitation of food, she really does struggle to keep anything down. Over the years I have bought nearly every cat food brand there is in the hopes that one will agree with her and so far, since day one on this food, she has not been sick. The consistency of the food is an even split of broth to meat with the added bonus of pouring easily out of the packet. When I got my first smell of the product, my initial reaction was to scrunch my nose up but then I realised it was actually a roast chicken aroma I could detect as opposed to the usual ‘meaty gravy’ odour of other cat foods. The meat of the food isn’t immediately noticeable as chicken meat as some high meat content food but equally it is no where near the processed mushed together substance heavily hidden by gravy in other well known brands. By far the biggest positive for me though is the fact that my female cat is actually managing to keep food down and as a result is a much more content cat. Their coat has also improved significantly too. It is amazingly soft and fluffy on them both and the food is the only noticeable difference to the two of them.I have also started to feed them the dried food too and that is also a big hit.On a side note, I was a little concerned about the sodium content stated in the ingredient list so I contacted Purr and Miaow about this and was told “We do not add any sodium chloride to the food, however, there is a natural sodium present and is about 0.3-0.4%”.All in all, this is a winning food for me and my cats and I would recommend for cats with sensitive digestive systems.

A real hit with my rescue cat!
When we got our rescue cat a month ago, she had been suffering with diarrhoea and was on only dry food (Purr & Miaow sensitive!). I am keen to feed her a mix of dry and wet food so took a chance on the P & M wet food pouches. Our cat was hooked on the gravy from the start! After trying a few pouches she now wolfs down the meat just as fast. I also alternate the flavours and she has no issue with this at all.She has had absolutely no toilet issues on this food (and has not vomited even once since being with us) and is so excited every meal time. This is much better value for money than other brands that do grain-free recipes. I also do not mind the smell at all, and most cat foods smell awful to me. So both myself and my cat approve!

Quite smelly and a bit too watery
My cat really liked this to begin with but the ratio of liquid to meat is too high for the price! There are better high-meat-percentage grain-free cat foods out there in a similar price bracket. It also smells quite pungent compared to other good quality brands.

More like soup
My cat likes the food, however will keep on asking for more (she never does it with different food). I think this is due to the very watery texture- more like a soup. Not filled her up sufficient. Poor value for money

Excellent!
I have three and a half cats. We have one old chap who is struggling with a few health issues, but he absolutely loved this food. It's finely shredded with sufficient juices to make it both palatable and easy to digest. The odour is wholesome, not at all pongy, which also helps, as my middle cat is quite fussy and doesn't eat strong smelling food. He walloped it down too...result! Then much youngest can, a tortie female, she eats everything, so approved of this heartily. The 'half', actually my neighbours cat who pops in for breakfast, also gave this a big paws up. The best part for me is that a pack of this is very competitively priced, so I can give my lot good quality food they really enjoy, without breaking the bank.

Smelt lovely, but cats didn’t like it
The product looked lovely and smelt delicious, but my cats wouldn’t touch it. Such a pity

A big hit with my 10 cats
I have 10 cats .. some are on thyroid and steroid and/or heart tablets due to medical conditions and can be fussy eaters. I thought I would try this as it had good reviews and am glad I did .. I think cats need a variation of "dinners" .. and all of my lot loved this broth .. nice little chunks of meat in it which my older cats had no trouble eating, and a nice broth to tempt them in .. will definitely keep this product in my cupboard .. I had the mixed variety .. Just glad to see them all "agree" on one type of food for a change!!!

smells horrible and cat won't eat it.
My cat loves food with lots of gravy and usually polishes it of without a problem.Took one sniff of this stuff and just walked off. Left it down for about 2 hours, and although he went back for another sniff, he didnt actually eat a single morsel.I also had a sniff and to be honest compared to other food he eats, this smelt a bit rank even to me.He certainly didn't purr and I think the meow was telling me it smelt disgusting and there was no way he was going to eat it.After 2 hours I replaced with a felix gravy pouch and he polished it off in no time as he'd not had any breakfast.Complete waste of over seven pounds.
