I have not ordered this online. I'm not sure it's even possible, being that it needs to be kept cool. I'm here to share my personal journey, or experience with this fantastic product in case someone crosses this review by fate.Comes in an amber bottle, contains 30 servings (30 tbsp). My dosage varies depending on what's taking place in my life at that moment. Let me be clear, when life strikes (depression, anxiety, taking meds, illnesses etc) I'll increase my intake by 2 tbsp for that day, or week -- depending on which happens first. I separate each dose, by consuming one when I've risen, and the other just before sundown.I do not consume a double-dose, or one behind the other. Doing so, has lead to cramps, abdominal pains, bloating, gas and/or diarrhea. Depending how the stars are aligned would determine which one occurs. I find that allowing doses to simmer throughout the day, and doing a follow-up dose later-on in the evening works best -- eliminating any of these discomforts completely, since most of our bodies tend to process less of things with ease, opposed to larger amounts.Coconut oil is also in rotation throughout the day, which has been quite effective at killing off bacteria, fungus, viruses, germs, and so on. Both systems work exceptionally well together, demolishing any symptoms that occur with the sudden changes of day to day life. In my case, It is best not to continue higher doses with coconut oil, being that I go into overdrive, breaking out in severe hives due to an overload of toxins being expelled in my body.lowering the dose back to one tbsp puts me back in gear. Eventually, I 'do' go back up (depending). Inner ëco probiotic has been a tremendous life-saver. I'm not sure where I would be without it. My days are filled with cheer & laughter. It's worked wonders in my life. I would recommend this product to anyone who's at their wits end, and needs an immediate punch!Be aware, that everything mentioned in my review is based on my own personal experience, and body chemistry. While a lot of us may or may not agree on the results of certain products/supplements, individual experiences will ALWAYS vary from one person to the next. I'm pleased to have found such a wondorous product!

This doesn’t have a strong taste. I put it in my Dunkin Donuts Strawberry Refresher and can’t taste it. I take them to keep good gut flora in my body. Good gut flora will help you battle colds, viruses et cetera. I spoke with the HBA department at Sprouts and they keep it refrigerated for best storage, freshness. The person also said that corporate has a list of what items are refrigerated because not to lose potency. So if you crack open the small shot and take half of it I was told the second half will be ok. It don’t normally take flavored shots because of allergies to sugar substitutes.

New ownership?Been loyal fan many years, until.. Recent label change.Now potency unreliable, much diminished.Logic suggests recipe change/dilution. What's going on??

Read my review on the berry flavor for more info, but with 100 billion active probiotic cultures, you can't go wrong! This product has done wonders to keep me regular and stay regular! This is coming from someone with major GI issues. If you are looking to try probiotics for the first time, or you have tried a bunch and nothing seems to do anything, give this a try! Make sure you start small (half dose) and work up to a full dose. It can cause gas and discomfort otherwise.People have mentioned the price being high on here, but keep in mind it has to be refrigerated at all times. The price for this and the berry variety are on par with that point. I don't know why the tropical is so much more expensive. However, given the convenience factor of getting 6 bottles at once and not having to worry about it being out of stock (which was the case at my local Whole Foods Market and Wegman's), I'd definitely be okay with spending the extra bucks.
