After it had been charged 8 times, the socket from the charging cable failed completely. When detaching the charger, a small piece from the socket got stuck inside the hoverboard. The charger cannot be used anymore....Edit:In less than 12 hours from my email to InnovaMaxx UK I received an email asking for some pictures with the broken product.Before I got home and took those pictures somebody called me and asked me if is ok if they send me a new charger. I have to mention that they were so kind to send me a small gift for my son, too...Thank you InnovaMaxx.

Good quality, goes well and plenty extra features.
Good build quality, sturdy and charges quickly. Cool lights and Bluetooth speaker for music on the go. Bought for 10 year old boy. Slightly tricky to learn at first, particularly dismount. Recommend seat attachment to turn into go-cart - awesome fun.

Good product despite not having the correct charger supplied
Good product. Luckily it came at least 50% charged as we were able to use it for a short while on my sons birthday as we were only sent a European-style charger and no UK adapter.

Built to last the HX310 Hoverboard
The HX310 is ousting, far better than all the other hoverboards weve had. Great battery life, excellent to use & incredibly well built. Definitely recommend.
