Help when I have brain fog in the morning from little sleep and have to do something
I only took one only during the times I need to be somewhere and didn't feel that well. It tends to make me a little jittery it has coffia extract, not sure of spelling on that. I did not notice any improvement on memory or brain fog. It actually not made me feel slightly jittery I do not drink coffee anymore. I do not believe this has caffeine but can't say for sure I don't think I would have ordered it if it did because caffeine does not work with me. It only has two ingredients phosphoditol serene (sp?), I don't have it here I'm downstairs it's upstairs. That is a brain supplement and one of the few that breaks the blood brain barrier. I can't really speak to it because I only completed 4 of 6 years of college to become an ND. Doctorate of naturopathic medicine. I know that ingredient is beneficial to the brain and helps with memory and focus. My concern is the coffia extract. Coffee is a natural antioxidant and great for focus and concentration.That's all I can say it didn't seem to make a difference for me but everyone's an individual.

Is it or isn’t it?
I was very skittish about trying Neuriva or anything saying it sharpens your brain. That said, I have MS, excessive white matter disease and Gliosis of the brain. An autoimmune disease alone messes w your brain — since I’m quite proud of the brain God blessed me with, I want to do Anything that night help. And I’ll be honest, when I saw Ms Bialik, PHD, endorse the product, I trusted her.I know I’ve Felt like I reacted quicker…I actually thought it was helping. But then the roller coaster went down and my MS fog was back to where it was when I started on Neuriva weeks ago. I was Going to say I was still hopeful, but in trying to remember Mayim’s first name, I saw all the articles about the lawsuits won against both Neuriva and Prevagin. Scientists called them both Snake Oil. I’ve been HAD again. Save your money. Eat more berries
