I use this for my Nikon P-1000 camera with it's 3000 mm lens. It is good quality in terms of the sturdiness and fit of the parts. The little rubber wheels do not seem to be perfectly aligned as I can only get one to touch the lens body at a time. This is actually OK but it is annoying. I knock down the rating one full point for this oversight by the manufacturer. Overall it works and can be tweaked for a good fit with tape and/or foam.

I wanted to use my Sevenoak SK-GH01 Gimbal head with my Nikon Cameras and 70-300mm telephoto lens but found it awkward to use. This support solved the problem. It is sold under different vendors but the L200 supports are all the same. I had to reorient the camera clamp for my "L" brackets and then remove the two screws holding the vertical "Y" support clamp with a 3/32 (2.5mm) allen wrench. Turn the clamp 180 degrees and reattach the clamp using the two screws. Now the lens can be supported at a lower height. Everything works well.

This item it made solid. It supports a heavy lens and cut vibration to a minimum. It has a wide range so you can adjust it for use with different lenses. The price is not bad for what you get. If you have a lens that its tripod mount is shaky this will help.
