Very Pleased
Extremely pleased with both the performance and the visual appearance of this product. I used their 5/32" cable, which was difficult to cut with a pair of wire cutters (see previous review). I used an air die grinder with a cutoff wheel with good results. A lot of the other cable rail systems out there require you to swag the end fittings into the wire and I really didn't want to go that route. There are some other swagless systems out there, but I believe you'll find that they all require you to start with a wire of a particular length and then cut it down to your needs, which will more than likely drive up the cost. For this system, you can buy a spool of wire and keep waste to a minimum. I was concerned that screwing these connectors into the deck posts flush, might not be robust once you applied tension to the wire(most of the other systems pass through the post and are anchored on the opposite side) but that was not the case. The install was not difficult at all. You can buy these connectors in packages of two or ten.

Makes you look like a pro!
Absolutely love Atlantis Rail Easy product. My first ever attempt at cable railing came out brilliantly. This stuff will make you feel like a pro, even if you have never done this before. I replaced my old 80's interior hand railing with this stuff and cannot believe the difference. I had six different sections, and about 65 linear feet of railing to replace. All of that hardware doesn't come cheap. Here area few tips if you want to save some $$$...Go with four inch spacing instead of three. Technically, this meets code and to me looks more natural.Reuse your existing posts and top rail if they're in decent shape... I added a reinforcing 2x2 to both top rail and bottom to beef it up. Mainly for aesthetic purposes. Added bonus is that they also cover all the ugly holes from the old balusters.Pre-drill your holes on a cheap yard stick and use it as a template going forward.Go with a gel-stain if you need to refinish your rails. That will keep sanding and prep work to a minimum.Use Left-lag and Right-lag anchors for shorter runs. They're cheaper than threaded tensioners and I was able to finish three shorter (six feet or less) sections of railing easily in this manner. I put the rights on the right side, lefts on the left side, put them in about half way, cut cable and took turns tightening half a rotation on each side at a time. Note if doing this... Leave the right side out a couple rotations more to account for locking the cable down (both cable clamps are right hand tighten and you need to account for that so as not to unspool the cable). If you are considering this... go for it!

Worked great.
These are not cheap, in fact, they are one of the most expensive cable railing fittings out there. My parts installed fine, and look fine. Only issue is that the screws were all square drive. Unless Atlantis recently changed their parts, it should have been phillips screws. This makes me think there is counterfeit products being sold in this listing. Like I said, they all worked fine, but for this price of 16 bucks PER fitting, they should be genuine. If I wanted knockoffs I could get fittings for a fifth of the price....

I get many comments to the look of the railings. If had a dollar for every referral I would be wealthy. Buy a couple spares as you may need them. If you are not familiar with the system you may have a difficult time getting them apart if you make a mistake. Ask for extra sleeve inserts then it will be easier to reuse if you have take them apart. I installed the railing system through 4x4 cedar posts and 2x6 top railings and found it to be a good mix, however I found the the cable slackened during the summer when the cedar dried out and I did not leave enough thread to re-tighten the cable so make sure to remember this. I have had mine installed for 8 years in an ocean front environment and it still looks new and shiny. I give them a soapy wash once per year.

Expensive look for a moderate price
These look fantastic... Sleek. Easy to install and they work as described. I looked all over for a low cost solution for cable railing to install myself after getting sky high quotes from local companies. I get a ton of compliments... I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.
