I purchased this product as a random gift for the wife, it didn’t deliver on the predetermined delivery date, but that wasn’t an issue on the part of the seller. (Package delayed during transit) once i received the package, it came in a small, but elegant little jewelry pouch that was no bigger than the palm of my hand. Inside was the necklace i ordered, and it was obvious that it was handled with care as the chain was neatly placed inside with the name bar sitting atop. I was very satisfied with the purchase and so was my wife. I ended up putting coordinates on one side marking the location where we first met, and on the front side it read “where it all began.” Awesome gift idea for someone, and would definitely buy from this seller again.

In the world we live in today you very rarely find someone that will stand by their product! We bought the necklace for my daughter for Christmas. She excepted Christ and was baptized back in October and we had it engraved to commemorate that. When she opened it on Christmas and took it out of the box, it broke. I messaged the seller on December 30 and got a new one in the mail today on January 3. I highly recommend this product and this company.

As you can see by the picture the ‘Y’ is not lower case as it should be. I understand that the all the other letters are lined up correctly & the ‘Y’ would be below the ‘line’. It could have been done in ALL Capital letters for proper alignment. This is a very special gift for my daughter-in-law. She’s due in June with their 1st child named after my son’s best friend that was killed in a car accident just 2 months before their Leap Year wedding day, 2/29/2020. It’s a surprise for Mother’s Day and I wanted to order more for my other girls but not with this craftsmanship. I’ll find another company that might be more expensive but worth it to get the engraving done correctly.

I ordered a necklace and bc of the font I could barely see the writing. I contacted the company, they offered to change the font and send me a new one. The new one came quickly and was much easier to see! Great customer service and prompt problem response time!

Necklace was beautiful! It does not look cheap at all and the gold color is very nice . The engraved words are a little light but that was too be expected . The product really did exceed my expectations. I would definitely buy again for myself or as a gift .
