This device is very poorly made, comes with no instructions, and will be too small for most heads. By putting the Velcro on maximum extension I just managed to get it over my head but it was very tight. The straps for the back of the head are OK but a bit clumsy and can be uncomfortable. I bought it mainly to cure a dry mouth caused by it falling open when I sleep and this chinstrap did indeed work fairly effectively at that. It's not perfect, my mouth still falls open occasionally and I awake with a dry mouth, but it is the best device of its kind I've found so far. It's also relatively comfortable once I got used to it and has not so far shown any tendency to fall off. So, overall, it's a bit like the Curate's egg. Good in parts!

Works well as a chinstrap to keep the mouth closed while using a CPAP. Cannot say whether it helps with normal snoring. Unfortunately, it is not colourfast and leaves nasty dark blue marks on pillowcases and sheets, which do not wash out, so the cheap price is outweighed by the cost of buying new bedlinen!If anyone knows of a chinstrap which is colourfast and available in the UK, would be happy to know about it.Intus used to sell one but that seems to have been discontinued. Single strap chinstraps do not work because they slip off the head during the night.

Fun to share photos of me wearing this.Could catch on as a fashion item but sadly not effective as an anti snoring device - caused my wife to become very anxious because it produced a breathing pattern that sounded like I was gasping for breath. Only worth buying for the novelty not the claimed function

This product is a waste of time, very uncomfortable and may as well promise you an improved sex life and the ability to predict the lottery numbers. Don't waste your time buying it.

I'm sure this would be great for many people, but unfortunately my sleep apneoa was just too much for it, my mouth opening despite the tension in the strap as I stop breathing and gasp for air.

Received and the product is tiny. Barely fits my head. Have used it for one night and having to return as it has caused my jaw and bottom teeth to move slightly which has made my mouth very uncomfortable and sometimes painful. Will be returning before it grinds my teeth to dust

Fits securely though the velcro is noisy in the night! I use a comfy piece of cloth at my chin to keep the product cleaner. My one complaint is that the chin strap's fabric stains the pillow - even when in use or just after use :-/. Thankfully, the stains come out in the wash but don't store the chin strap under your pillow!

Very uncomfortable to wear. Maybe I just have a large head but it gave me a headache after only a short time. It didn't work either.
