Easy to apply first time using it. It seemed to have done the job.

The internal bags were broken open (like other reviewers have mentioned) and the contents were spilled inside the large bag. Had I been using all this at once, I could have simply measured the contents as needed. However, with the Dithiopyr spilled inside the large bag, I would assume the shelf life would be reduced.

Applied mid-October and either killed or sent my Zoysia grass into early dormancy. Looks dead. Zoysia in southern California should stay green deep into winter. And it's been warm, nearing 90 degrees some days. Then it didn't really stop weeks. Yes, appears to have prevented crabgrass, but I still have all kinds of foreign grasses especially hard fescue, goose, quack or duck grass or whatever you want to call it. A variety of other weeds have begun to sprout in less than 3 months. Without the Zoysia to compete they grow uncontested. It's easy to use and apply if you can handle the powder and measuring, but don't waste your money. Go with an different chemical.

The pouch that contained the water soluble packets was intact but the packets inside were busted open and could not be accurately applied.

Every pack inside was busted. Horrible. How am I supposed to know the amount to use if all the bags inside were busted open.

Do NOT buy this unless you are treating an acre of land!
