This diffuser is terrible! It started making a weird grinding sound almost immediately after starting to use it (about a week in). Because it still worked and got quiet after about 2 minutes, I tolerated it. I haven't even had this 3 months and it grinds even louder if it works at all. Now it is no longer eligible for return. What a rip off. I have purchased 5 different diffusers for personal use and friends and none have had this problem. Maybe I just got a lemon...but I am sort mad about it.**** 3/31/16*** I would like to amend my first review. After posting this review I was very respectfully contacted by the Sensori customer service and was offered a replacement diffuser. I accepted because hey, that's pretty swift and cool of them to notice so quickly and care. That being said, the new diffuser is bomb! Working exactly as I wished and hoped. The customer service was even better! Thank you thank you thank you!

I am rating this only 2 stars because it worked only one night, when we refilled it for the second night, the on/off light stayed red, indicating the tank was empty. Emptied the tank and let it dry-out overnight. Tried it again .. same thing, it never sensed that there was liquid in the tank. I returned it for a replacement, and will update this review pending how or if the replacement works.08/28/15 UPDATE: We received our replacement diffuser yesterday and we used it all afternoon and overnight. It seems to be working fine. I opted for this unit because it was recommended by my sister and sister-in-law. All the Amazon reviews were positive, and we had tried it out while visiting my brother and liked it. The seller contacted me and was very apologetic about the unit that failed, and was extremely sincere about making sure we were happy with the diffuser. Well .. we certainly are happy with it. I have one suggestion for users. I had a small unused measuring cup that had come with one of my wife's large washing machine detergent bottles. I measured how far to fill the cup so the amount would refill the diffuser just up to the fill mark. I put a score mark on the cup at that level. This works great for us in refilling the diffuser easily to the proper level without spilling..

This is a handy little product that performs exactly as advertised for a smaller room. You can let the light colors cycle, pick your favorite, or turn them off entirely. The humidifier starts steaming as soon as you turn it on, and even a little essential oil scent goes a long, long way. I love it. I bought it because I had an awful cold with terrible congestion, and diffusing a mixture of eucalyptus, peppermint, and lavender is really helping me sleep at night without waking up to wracking coughs, as I had been all week.I'm very tempted to look into a larger capacity one for my living room so I can diffuse/humidify during the day, too. The space is too big for this little guy (though it's perfect for my bedroom), but I'm definitely sold on the idea. Thank you, Sensori!

I have only had this diffuser a few days but love it. It is a lot smaller than my other diffuser but actually disperses the essential oils better. I also love all the colors of the lights and you also can turn them off. This diffuser doesn't have a timer - you just turn it on and off but that really isn't an issue for me(It will turn itself off if there is no water left). In my larger diffuser I have to put in around 8 - 10 drops of essential oil, but in this one I only use 2 drops and the diffusers last about the same amount of time so this will save me money. So far I would highly recommend this diffuser - it cost me about $45 less than my other one and I like it better. One more thing I like about this diffuser is that it has only 2 pieces and it easy to fill.

I purchased 3 different well rated, small diffisers to try them all out. They were all pretty good, but this was my favorite for nighttime diffusing. I like the direction of the dispersed stream, it comes out the side of the top, instead of directly out the top and the direction can be adjusted slightly by simply twisting the top which makes it ideal for bedside dispersement. My favorite thing about this one vs. the others is the lighting options. There is an option for no light, steady color or changing colors but the best part is when you choose no light, there isn't a super bright button light. I don't like bright light when sleeping and this perfect. For other room diffusing I might suggest the ones that diffuse straight up but prefer this one for nighttime use.

Good value. This was my first experience with a diffuser - I chose to purchase an inexpensive one b/c I wasn't sure if I would use or if I would like it. This does it's job - it's nothing special to look at made of plastic. But I like that it is small and compact. It has multiple color options - which I never use, since I run it at night and don't want the extra light in the room - but the colors are pretty. A couple of issues - after using every night for about a month it started to make a rattling noise. It does it for about 10 minutes at the beginning of the cycle then quiets down. Also, in the description says it turns itself off - mine does not. Once it's empty it hisses until I wake up and turn it off.

I've had this for about a year now and still works good. The only thing is that it is small so doesn't run as long as it says it can.. I also find that I have to keep adding oil if I want it to smell until the water is gone. I ended up getting a bigger one for not too much price difference so what I bought this for was a little pricey . However, this size is great for keeping on your desk or using for a small area .

I love this diffuser. I like the orange oil scent best. I have a light in the room like this and added this to the room for the light and the diffuser. It has even helped the plants in the room also. It lasts about 2 hours. Then turns off. Refreshes the air and give a hint of the scent in the room. I have it on a small wood table with a towel on the table so any slight dampness is absorbed by the top of the towel from the mist. The mist is not wet, just a slight steam the dissipates quickly.
