I give this product five stars for features and functionality alone, but I give it ten stars for the wonderful customer service. When I needed the users' manual, the customer service rep had it to me in very short order. This thing is built like a tank, and we love it. We take it out into wilderness areas in Arizona and New Mexico, and we really love having this dependable power bank with us! Super product; super company.UPDATE: Here's how much we love this product. We ordered a second one. It's awesome, and the wireless charging is a dream. We love this product!

I used the Soarise once last year on a trip to London. Worked well. Put the Solar power bank in the sun for four hours to get it charged to use for upcoming trip and it did not charge. I plugged it into the wall over night and only two cells charged.

This is a great, fun item but it ended up being a lot heavier than I expected. It's useful as a solar charger and is a great gift that can hold charge. It also feels very rugged and durable.

A bit heavy for backpacking. Use a original cables for charging phone from this unit. Good thing to have overall.

Does not charge the battery pack with the sun but does hold a lot of power after being plugged in. I took it to northern Norway when it was 24 hours of sun.

Worked amazingly for the first four uses, after that it just stopped working. It says it’s charging but it never reaches a charge of more then two bars even after 3 days of trying to charge it.

I like this charger and was surprised how much power it actually can draw from the solar panels.

When it is fully charge it can recharge my phone 3-4 times. If you try to charge it by sunlight it will take a whole day or longer. It is very durable me and my husband took it to the field multiple times
