Does what it needs to at a good price
I've had one of these hats for a couple of years and it's still going strong. My daughter needed one so I got her one and a spare one for me. We walk power lines daily and go through briars and thick stuff from time to time. Has held up well and folks can see you from a distance. Keep the sun off of you and is lightweight and cool.

I have been hit TWICE by vehicles, This Hat Rocks!
After being hit a 2nd time by a vehicle, I bought these hats. I always keep one in my bag. Cars see me from far away, and the drivers make eye-contact and often smile because they saw me so easily.The silver strips around the edges can be seen from very far away at night-time when a car's headlights light them up. I am confident these hats will save my life many more times as they have already in the few short months I have worn them.They stay well on my head; I have a large head, and the long material is PERFECT for protecting my neck AS WELL AS being more of BRIGHT surfaces for others to see me.Comfortable, sun protection, and crazy-visible.The first time I was hit was in 2012. I was on the sidewalk in my neighborhood. A driver drove on the sidewalk, hit me, dragged me, and paralyzed me. In September 2018, one block from my house, I was hit again, this time in my $50,000 Permobil Powerchair! That driver totaled the chair and broke my right arm. I have ample reason for people to SEE ME when I am a pedestrian. This hat is literally a life-saver!

good hat
slightly snug, but still comfortable. This hat really shades, it also stays on your head even on very windy days. the draw string works great. this is best one I've found for mowing.

Lightweight and easy to adjust
This hat has been durable and easy to adjust to fit my small head, though gets big enough to fit over other headwear. I love the reflective strip around the edge.

Light weight
Vented so you don't sweat , back of neck cover is awesome

Blocks the sun, but no ventilation
It looks exactly like the photo, it fits great. But there is no real area for ventilation. So if you are working in the sun, which is the reason why you have a neck flap, Understand that there will be no airflow around the back of your head or neck.
