Precision Wet/Dry Nose and Ear Hair Trimmer Plus Salon Grade Micro-Groomer - Stainless Steel Blades

There are plenty of other trimmers available on Amazon and some for 1/2 or 1/4 the price of this one but based on the reviews I decided to give this one a shot. I'm glad I did. I bought it primarily for ear/nose hair trimming and it works very well. It doesn't pull the hair out like many of the others I've used so there was no pain at all. It's relatively quiet and was easy enough to clean afterwards. It seems well made and there is a satisfying resistance when changing the heads and opening the battery compartment. The one thing that I would change is to add a slot on the base to store the brush. An included storage solution for it would be nice.The packaging is also hilarious with the trimmer photoshopped onto what look like some male models headshots and the spelling errors on the back but you know what, it's a good product so I don't mind that one bit. It adds character!I've only just received it a couple of hours ago but so far very satisfied. I'll update the review if anything changes for the worse.

Good product. Just got it yesterday. Build quality is better compared to the cheap bad products out there. It seems to cut nose and ear hair very well. But the other trimmer head did struggle to give me a very close trim when I tried to trim my facial hair. If you want a facial trimmer don't use this trimmer. This is good for nose and ear hair only.

This is a piece of crap. I bought this relatively expensive trimmer because I was disappointed with a slew of cheaper models that died after a brief period of time. This one proved just as disappointing. It worked fine for less than a month, but died while I was out of the country and unable to return it for replacement. Lesson learned: if expensive trimmers and the service/replacement policies on them are no better than cheaper ones, it makes no sense to buy one expensive one when you can buy cheaper ones. You don't feel quite as bad disposing of them after a month.

Decent enough product, but I still feel that it is cheaply made. I am having trouble with the power button so I'll be returning it.I wish I could get one made our of metal! I'm willing to pay 100 for it.

The trimmer is the Ferrari of trimmer's and it is a very well-engineered and well built unit and certainly tremendous value for money. I wondered about buying a rechargeable - it's a rechargeable world - but i just have too many of these I had to throw away because it would not hold a charge and you could not replace the battery. These don't need a lot of power to operate and an rechargeable battery is overkill. And I don't need something else sitting on my sink competing with my toothbrush for plug space. too many cords up there now.But the real standout of my experience was that I had the blade unit fall out of the nose trimmer head - it's floating in there and plugs into the handle for motion - and I asked to speak to the company and the CEO of the company handled me personally, made sure I was comfortable with the unit, and replaced it immediately just in case. With that kind of commitment, these folks have sold thousands of these units and the quality means product and customer service.Many thanks.

After a good research, I had purchased this project as the reviews looked promising. My initial results with the product were as advertised, it worked and I was satisfied. 2 months into it, the hair trimmer component has loosened and its making too much noise, its work has been compromised as well. Since its built of plastic, some of its parts have worn out quickly then anticipated.Looking at everything, it lasted good 2 months and the product has started to break off and disintegrate. Not a value for money in my opinion, please do consider other alternatives.

I bought one of these on Amazon in May 2015 -- now, in November 2019 it is still working. It takes a while to trim both nose hair and ear hair -- and does not cut hair exactly at the skin level ... but probably that small fraction of an inch of remaining hair is why the cutters do not scratch, slice or irritate the skin. While it takes a while to remove the hair, it works better than a higher priced unit I bought elsewhere. It is a little awkward to thoroughly clean and care must be take to avoid having the small plastic unit with the embedded cutters from falling out during cleaning ... when that does fall out, it is awkward trial & error to replace it properly ... but it CAN be put back in! I am ordering another unit to have on hand when the original finally dies -- it is 4-1/2 years old and these things do not last for a lifetime.

Ordered this for my husband, as he's over 50 and complaining of both unwanted hair growth and less than perfect vision...LOL! I figured this trimmer with a light would be helpful. I was right, he loves it! My husband wears a short beard and grooms it almost daily. Consequently, we've purchased many trimmers through the years. This trimmer was different right out of the box. We could tell it was made of a higher quality than others we had purchased. After using it for 6 months, unfortunately, we had a problem. One of the tiny blades fell out and we couldn't put it back. We referred to the original warranty which instructed us to contact the company via email and also states that they strive to have the best customer service in the world. So, I shot them an email briefly explaining the problem. I was expecting the usual, a long wait for a reply requiring proof of purchase and a request for me to send the unit back. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got a fast and friendly response that required no further action on my part! They said they would mail out the new part the next morning at no cost to me, no questions asked! Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Did the product fail? Yes, it had a problem. But, the company stood behind it completely and cost me little time and no money to fix it, this is why I still give a five star rating! Thanks Creation Springs.
