Ok so, absolute truth. It works great. Yes you lose weight. Yes it takes forever. The downside to this is that you're constantly in the bathroom. If I were a home maker like my mom, it's a perfect. My mom has lost about 15 pounds in 5 months but inches is incredible!! Her pants literally fall off.I on the other hand, work in a hospital setting. So going to the bathroom 6-10 times in my 8 hr shift is too much. 1 week was all I could do.But at least I know they work wonders.

These pills made gave me the worst stomach pains. My sister took these and she had no side effects. I guess everyone is different and has different side effects. I took this pill for 2 days and could not bare the stomach pains that it gave me. I’m sure i could’ve lost weight with it, but it made my stomach hurt so bad I decided I couldn’t do it anymore. The ingredients say they’re all natural but I don’t believe it. I don’t recommended these pills.

Tengo más de 4 años usándolas para un tiempo por que tuve a mi bebé y empezar de nuevo ya que en mi embarazo subí unas libras de más y a mi me encanta estas pastillas no tendrás ningún problema solo tienes que tomas suficiente agua y si haces ejercicio te aseguro que tomarás un gran cambio
