It's the 4 lamp I bought, and they only last a couple of months till the light start tripping and smoke cames out, contacted for refund or replacement and after sending pictures and video, completely ignored my messages. Not buying again.

Bought as an alternative for a slightly cheaper lamp ordered from Amazon that arrived with a broken bulb and was of poor build quality, so was returned. This has the look and performance of a professional unit that would not look out of place in a hospital/clinic.Main drawback is that the base is very wide and unwieldy (to support full extension of lamp without toppling) . Would have been better with a heavier but smaller span base or maybe a 5-leg base ; if you have limited space it becomes something of a trip hazard

Having used the lamp a few times, I'm confident of its quality.The dimmer switch, with the angle poise function, make its potential expecially useful, for use over long periods.I won't know if it can serve the purpose I got it for, until I have used it for a few weeks.It has already proven something of its potential to help rescue my health.

This lamp is worth its weight in gold I always feel so relaxed and very lifted once my joints have been thoroughly warmed through. I have been using microwaveable heat pads and hot water bottles but they are not the same as they do not go through to the bone as deep as the infa red lamp. Ok now I have praised this amazing lamp which I am more than happy with there are a few snags. (1) There was no instructions on how to assembly the lamp. Although quite easy not everyone has knowledge of these things and whilst the lamp does get very hot surely it has to be assembled safely. (2) There are no instructions as to where you can use this lamp on your body - Back Neck Shoulders Knees Thighs Elbows etc also there is no guide times as to how long you can use it for or how many times a day you can use it I just feel there should be something helping customers who have purchased the lamp on how to use it inside the box. I know there is some information on the lamp when buying the lamp from Amazon at time of purchase but sometimes people do forget I strongly feel there should be proper instructions for this. (3) Infa Red is very danergerous to the eyes if not used properly people should be supplied with some goggles when using this lamp or be told in some form of instruction leaflet that they are very dangerous. Yes it does say at the time of purchasing that Infa red is dangerous to the eyes and that they should be closed at all times however people do forget and I feel some small goggles supplied with the unit would jog people's memory's to either wear their goggles or close their eyes. (4) I think there should be a timer on the actual unit this would also be helpful for people to set and would prevent over useage if one tends to relax and fall asleep. (5) The lead on the unit I feel is not long enough the whole point of having it on wheels is so that it can be wheeled from one side of the bed to the other surely. This you can not do without using a extension lead so although this unit has many Pro's it also has many Con's sorry but had to be sad.

I bought this to keep a litter of puppies warm in their whelping box.The lamp itself was not sturdy enough to withstand a wagging tail or a slight knock, so I did have to tie it to the bars on the puppy pen to keep it upright.The heat was good and it could be turned right up to roasting or down to a light heat depending on the weather, which is good.However, as soon as I got it and plugged it in, it blew the bulb.Then the dog knocked it over and it blew a bulb, so ordered another bulb and tied it down and it blew that bulb too, £45 worth of bulbs later and it wouldn't turn on with the newest bulb, so tried it in a standard heat lamp and it wasn't the bulb, so I sent it back.They were very good about me sending it back and refunding, even though I'd had it nearly a month and had been using it. I dont think I could the bulbs for this, so I'll just stick with my normal heat lamp suspended with step ladders lol

The infra red bulb in not working! Perhaps faulty!

Using for shoulder pain. Definitely helps with pain relief and general well-being.

Very sturdy bit of kit, very stable. Very adjustable positioning. The variable heat adjustment is wonderful . Only drawback is a big space needed to store when not in use.
