Not functional. Tag says in tiny letters “does not provide sun protection.” That’s literally this article of clothings primary purpose. It is also not at all colorfast. Leaked hot pink dye on every towel. It’s an article of clothing designed to protect skin and to go in the water, but it fails at both of these tasks. It is, however, cute and very comfortable. I didn’t get sunburn wearing it. So it gets two stars instead of one.

Really soft high quality fabric!!! I haven’t worn yet and will update this review if there are quality issues but it feels really soft and comfortable and flattering. I am 5’4” and 170lb. 34” under bust, 40” across. Thicker arms (13” around bicep). I ordered XL based on reviews to size up (usually by L shirts) and glad I did. Snug but still flattering. I bought in white and pink, the pink is such a good shade! Really like it, super happy with them!

Account is under my husband's name. I'm 5'7", 120 lbs and I got a medium. I'm usually a small/medium but other reviews said it ran small so I went with a medium and I'm glad I did. It fits exactly how I wanted it to. It's not skin tight, but it fits my torso good. Didn't want it skin tight (in case I eat a big meal!) but if it's too loose it'll just ride up while swimming. It's stretchy too. It is a bit snug of my armpits though- just a pet peeve of mine. Haven't worn it in the water yet but it feels like a swimsuit so I hope it dries fast. A lot of other swim shirts are 100% polyester and I was worried they wouldn't dry quickly. I think those are just like work out shirts, not necessarily swim shirts. A lot of my work out shirts are 100% polyester and they don't feel like they'd dry fast if swimming.

Great swim shirt for cover and comfort. The material is a great stretchy fabric. The color is awesome and matches well with the swim suits my wife has. Took it paddling around the local lake and there was a distinct line from the sleeve where she hadn't put sunscreen because it was mostly cloudy, so the sun protection is as good as advertised. The material keeps a fairly consistent color between wet and dry, at least for the Smoothies Splendid (basically light pink). It does have a little bit of show through with very dark material underneath. Being wet causes only a slight increase in color show.The fit is great for my wife. She got a Large and it fits just like she wants. She is 5'4", 135 lb, 34 B/C and she didn't want to have a painted on look or fully squeezing the body. It fits nicely for her, with good coverage, length (and she has a longer torso) and tightness. Very happy with this shirt.Update:She liked the pink so much, she bought a white shirt as well. She wears that over a white triangle top. When wet it is less opaque than dry, it does not turn into a "wet t-shirt" look and she still feels covered even when it gets wet.

Purchased for my daughter who is 5’3”, 100 lb and got her a medium. It fits perfect. Definitely size up as she typically wears a small (anything smaller would have been too small). Good quality, bright color. Would recommend.

Best purchase I made prior to travel to Aruba. Not only am I grateful that this shirt protected me from the sun, but that it was lightweight, comfortable, and pretty cute. If Iknew I was going to be in the sun for an extended amount of time- water sports, walking the beach, or playing in the pool- I could just throw it over my bathing suit. Even repeated sunscreen is not enough for my Irish freckly skin type; this was a true skin savior of my trip.This fits as expected- like a swimsuit but lightweight and without underwiring- ttl. I am on the bigger end of top sizes- this wasn’t too tight, didn’t pull up, and wasn’t tight under my armpits.

This fit just right- I typically wear an xs and the xs felt true to size. It does not ride up when I swim. I love wearing this over my swimsuit for extra sun protection and for the sake of modesty. It is white so I wouldn’t wear it without a swimsuit underneath, but it still has a good amount of opacity for being white.

I had all sorts of issues trying to decide what size to order, the companies guide told me a small, by the comments on Amazon I should be a Medium, but I wanted to wear this over my swimsuit so I decided on a Large and I’m glad I did, it fit just the way I wanted it to. I usually wear a medium shirt and if I was not wearing a swimsuit under the shirt I think a medium would have been fine. The shirt is extremely soft and very very stretchy, I have not worn it yet, as I am waiting for a trip to a water park.

Super achat!!! La taille et la coupe sont parfaites. La couleur est superbe. Pour info, je mesure 5 pi 5, pèse 142 lbs, poitrine 38 et taille 32, et j’ai acheté la taille Large. Il est légèrement ajusté, moi qui normalement préfère les vêtements sports plus amples. Pourtant, je l’adore. Il est facile à enfiler et je ne sens pas ma poitrine compressée à l’intérieur. J’ai hâte à cet été pour le mettre par-dessus mon maillot de bain ou comme tenue légère pour faire du vélo!

There isn't much to say about this. It fits as I expected; I bought a medium and I'm 5'8" and 135 lbs. You could absolutely weigh 10+ more lbs and be totally fine in it. I didn't get sunburned when I worse it (at least not where it covers me) and it's not see-through. The quality is good; I wore is regularly this summer and it's not showing signs of wear or poor seams.

I ordered a size XXS for my slim 12 yr old.It fits her well with room to fit next year, although it’s quite long. We tuck it under so it’s not a tunic, but otherwise we can tie it to the side to make a cute look.Fabric is medium weight in terms of rash guards. This would make it easier getting off when wet than the thicker rash guards as it is a slim fit.Stitching is good. We bought the black so it’s not transparent at all.

I purchased this product because I spend a lot of time on a jetski and wearing a bikini top or full one peice is not comfortable. This product provides sun protection, coverage, and is comfortable to swim in. Looks nice too. Highly recommend.

Perfect if you order a size up, especially if large breast. Got a medium (usually wear small) and I love it. Still not a loose fit but at least I don’t feel « gloved » in it and feels comfortable with just a bit of space at the underarms. If you want it really tight like a glove, then order your size.
