Just go ahead and light a $10 bill on fire...
These are super low rings with a low profile rail torx head attachment and dual clamp screws holding down one large strap... On paper they are a GREAT design, but I would rather light my money on fire than buy another set because of the materials they are made of. After looking at the attachment method, I agreed with one of the other version's review where they called for a washer to take the load off the torx head nut where it met the main body because that looks like a weak point that would punch the screw head through eventually, but no... I got it all lined up and started to torque the cross bolt down with my wheeler fat wrench in 5lb increments. After 15 inch pounds, the front screw just freely spun... The threaded section had stripped out and now the rings were worthless. Lucky for me I was replacing some old 1" weaver rings with a steel cross bolt (and ugly giant nuts that aren't as low profile as this design) so I managed to drill out the threads, run the new post, and sink the slotted anchors where the torx head would usually be and tighten until they bit into the aluminum. I then leveled and cross tightened my scope into position which seemed to work just fine. I've marked the scope tube where the rings currently are and will see if they hold up under recoil. Finished bell height for my primary arms 42mm scope is 0.25" off the barrel of my savage 12FV with a 20MOA weaver rail which is pretty much perfect, if only it will hold zero... I'd pay double for a stronger grade of aluminum or steel with this design because they would still be the cheapest 30mm low rings you could get so please work on it.

Great optic mounts, work perfectly for me
These are a great mounts. I bought them based on previous experience. They are simple & effective. They're not kidding when they call them low-rise, I had to trim my optic end caps because they're so low! It's worth it if you want your optics as close to the centreline of the barrel as possible. I mounted them on my Beretta CX4 Storm carbine with a Bushnell Holographic sight. Accuracy is spot on, and nothing loosened after a day at the range.

Nope.
Here's what I did with my B-Square scope mounts. Cheap garbage. You expect a bit of give-and-take when cross-tightening scope rings, but the bolts are too short and the aluminum too cheap to grasp the drilled bolt holes. Spend a few more bucks on the name brand. I wanted to get a budget set of scope rings and now I have to spend more on a name brand. B-Square, B-Ware. That's pretty good, I should have opened with that.

They're good enough.
These are economy rings, but still functional. Fit and finish are good. Be careful not to over tighten as you'll likely strip the threads on the rings before cracking your scope. These rings are about being as low as possible and they do that very, very well on my High Standard Victor and 1911 bullseye pistols.

Worked great
These worked great. Good quality. Very simple packaging (easy to extract from the packaging). Hex (spline?) tool provided. I would recommend using some form of thread lock (not inlcuded).
