Way Huge Conspiracy Theory Smalls Professional Overdrive Effect Pedal (WM20)

I've tried real Klons. This pedal goes beyond. Great as a clean boost. Or use it for gain.

I had read good things about this pedal and decided to give it try to either add some overdrive grit by itself or in combination with another overdrive pedal I own. I haven't had to stack the pedals yet as the tone it achieves by itself is exactly what I was looking for. It also leaves the original tone pretty much intact while flavoring it with some overdrive effect.

I finally understand the whole Klone thing.If you love your guitar and your amp, you will love this circuit. It makes everything more alive, down to the sound of your pickups. It will sound like your sound... just boldly naked and enhanced with grit.If you are looking for a pedal to cover up the deficiencies in your sound or give you a new sound, this pedal is not the right choice. Everything you don't like about your rig will be enhanced. But if you have settled on a rig that you're really into, do not hesitate to add this pedal to your chain. You want it there.

I have tried them all! I actually DO love the Klon circuit,,, I can’t afford the real thing, but I have tried them ALL! Or at least all that are worth trying...and this is my favorite!!! Oh man, it just has a lot more sweet spots than my tumnus or archer..it’s a little heavier on the mids I think... but oh baby... it is lovely! If it only had a better looking enclosure!!!

Quiet, great harmonic content, works well with low and high gain setting. Not sure how close it is to a real Klon, however, I am getting some real sweet tones out of my single coils and humbuckers.

It’s a less expensive Klon copy that blows my mind. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone.

I'm real satisfied with the Conspiracy Theory. First off, the Way Huge 'Smalls' size is great and with the inputs on the back, it packs in nice and tight on my pedal board. It's definately brighter then an original Klon and not as 'dark', but I believe because of this trade-off the knob settings are usable through out their entire range as opposed to having 1 or 2 sweet spots only. No noticeable significant hum, but it does get some when I put a boost in front of it, however it's nothing that won't clean right up with a good noise gate. The quality of the build is excellent as you would expect from Way Huge and the price is very fair especially when considering what some of the other Klones cost.
