Better than stock, expensive for what they are
Pros-wider flatter platform than stock.-good grip without being overly sharp. A file could easily sharpen the teeth if desired-easy install with a set of pliers and small malletCons-raises foot position-pricey for a pair of painted castings.-heavy cast productI went with the known brand because the knock offs have reviews of the pegs being taller and making it difficult to shift on a klr 650. The are the exact same, I ride in work boots and can't see how stiff riding boots would be able to reach the shifter and brakes well at all. while the are a better platform and are wider(forward and aft) I wish they stuck out further from the bike as my boots hang off the sides. They are the same length as stock, so if your feet fit well on the factory pegs these might fit you fine. They are better than stock and I don't plan on returning them. But I would check out more options before buying again.

Built Solid. PERIOD!!!
100% Recommended! These installed on my 2013 KLR650 in less than 20 mins. They keep your boots in place. Very strong, made of high quality aluminum. Springs are included with the kit. These wont let you down. Indestructible in my opinion. If I had only one (safety) upgrade to make on my bike these would be it. They WILL prevent a twisted, or worse yet, broken ankle. Especially if you ride in any wet conditions. Why take the chance of slipping off of your pegs? For the price of these, you cant go wrong. These are much less costly than a trip to the ER.The one thing that compliments these pegs and that is the IMS 313117 Flightline Folding Shift Lever. It is a must if you have large feet. (I wear a size 11 shoe) After installing the pegs, the stock shift lever will press on the top of your foot just at the base of your big toe. Very uncomfortable, and down right painful after a days riding. This combo CAN NOT BE BEAT!My 2013 KLR650 is so much better to ride with these items installed.

They fit, but they don't maintain the same foot position (KLR 650)
I was very excited to install these, as I ride my KLR 650 through the winter and the rubber on the stock pegs gets slippery in the snow. I was very disappointed. I wasn't out of the garage before I knew I'd take them off the next chance I got.Cons- They sit higher than the stock foot pegs (see pictures). This makes you extend your foot farther down for braking, down shifting, and getting your foot in position for up shifting. I pretty much had to get my right foot off the peg to get on the rear brake.- They sit farther forward than stock foot pegs (see pictures). It may not look like there's much difference in the pictures, but it was hard to fit even a sneaker between the shifter and new foot peg, let alone boots (as they will probably be thicker than sneakers and restrict ankle motion due to the ankle support). Forget about off-road motorcycle boots. I had to really extend my foot (point my toes) to slip my foot between the foot peg and shifter and move my foot straight in, as opposed to rotating my foot out, down, and under the shifter. These pegs sitting higher and forward throw off the relative rotation of your foot for shifting. As you shift up, the shifter gets closer to the foot peg.- In order to restore ergonomics, I'd have to change out shift lever and brake lever too.- They're advertised as black, but they're actually gray. This doesn't bother me. YMMV.- A little tough to install, but definitely doable all by your onsie. I stuck a 13mm wrench in the big slot to use for leverage so you don't poke your hands on the cleats.Pros- They feel really solid.- Spring loaded (the springs only go on one way - see pictures).ConclusionThese would have been perfect if the front edge of these sat at the same place on the motorcycle as the stock pegs. If they did, they wouldn't throw off any geometry or ergonomics. Good in theory, but needs to improvement for use in practice. I returned them.

Great upgrade to '22 KLR 650
These are working so much better than the stock rubber pegs that came on the '22 KLR. But if you know the bike then you know about the short shift lever. I was already having trouble getting my Forma Adventures under the shifter, but the slight lift these pegs created made it even worse. I added a 1" longer shift lever and everything is great now. Highly recommend.

Good durable pegs and the added benefit of being spring-loaded ...
Good durable pegs and the added benefit of being spring-loaded (vs. OEM gen 1 klr pegs). Nice traction although I haven't had a chance to get them thoroughly caked in mud yet.The potential downside to these pegs is that they raise the foot position slightly vs. OEM pegs. I also added an IMS shifter which is slightly longer than OEM, and after adjusting its position I prefer the position and feel of the new shifter to stock. With the stock shifter these pegs would make it very difficult to get your foot under the shift lever. The brake lever also sits lower than I'd like, and on a gen1 KLR there is so little clearance between the brake lever arm and the engine case that it can't really be adjusted to a higher position than stock. Still looking for a brake lever mod that will address this issue, but in the meantime the brake is still usable and accessible and maybe over time I'll just get used to the pushing my foot forward more to engage the rear brake.

Beware
I bought the foot pegs because the description described them as BLACK. I received a set and they were a Grey color. So I requested another set and they were also Grey. Maybe you should correct your Description.

Great foot pegs
I have a KLR 650. These are much more stable in the wet (standing/sitting) than the stock pegs. My stock bracket bent after I downed it offroad on some tricky roads so figured what the hell, good excuse to get new pegs.I was tempted to get the MOTECH foot pegs but heard they were bigger than stock and I didn't want anything that made shifting more difficult given 1st to 2nd can sometimes be tricky.I am glad I got these and they have worked great. Watching an online youtube video made the technique of installing these very easy, physically a little harder but that was due to the new bracket's parameters not these pegs.
