No clear instructions on how to use
Not happy no clear Instructions no real results after a week . Save ur money I have been having a hormone problem after having kids and thriod issues. Even gave to my friend who had a hysterectomy. Dont waste ur money zero results

Use it more than twice. U use it 3 times a day.
It didn't upset my stomach.Taste like I ate celery. But it does help me greatly with bloating. Hotflashes are nit as constant.Thumbs up for that.
