I ordered several packs of these for a Halloween party. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged. The hats are made of sturdy material and look exactly like the pictures. Some reviews says they didn't receive the headbands but they're easy to miss. Mine were packed around the crown of the second hat. I recommend.

These were the perfect addition to our birthday celebration! The hats and headbands are separate when they arrive, making them easy to be used for a variety of purposes. We chose to attach them to the headbands and wear them as party hats, but they could have easily been used without the headbands for table decorations. Fit a child age 5, up to adults.
