Short sweet to the point! I immediately tried one. Turned out great! Will definitely try the rest.

Small paperback book. Recipes are not the th type I would eat, except for 2 or 3. Disappointed. Wag too expensive.

Before buying I read the reviews, and was persuaded by the view that making soups with some stove-top cooking is acceptable in a book of Vitamix recipes. Having received the book, I share the opposing feeling of being let down, as the recipes seem to all involve using the blender to chop things, and that's it. What's missing are the recipes for making soup IN the Vitamix. (In fact, what's missing is anything that would require or best be made in the Vitamix, as opposed to any other blender or food processor.)

I bought it along with my vitamix. I liked the various recipes, they are light, healthy, and easy to cook.My only concern - some of the soups are literally 2-3 ingredients, which makes them too simple and not filling at all.

Best buy since I bought my Vitamix!

The reason I bought this is because I only have a Vitamix at work and no stove. So why do all the recipes start out with sautéing? Complete waste. Sorry, why bother. Just use a cheap blender.
