Lady Fingers - 1 box

These are so very YUMMY. They make the best Tiramisu. They are also good to have with your morning coffee.

I needed the lady fingers for an Italian recipe, (Tiramissu), it is a little expensive, but works perfect and taste so good

These are exactly what I was looking for, and Amazon has the most reasonable price, and quickest shipping method that I can find. For some reason in my area S.E. Wisconsin, lady fingers are impossible to find at a store. I have been to almost every Grocery and retail chain in 4 cities and was never able to locate them. Glad I found them here. They arrived on time, not a single one was broken, they were fresh and worked beautifully for my tiramisu.

These dried style Savoiardi are perfect for tiramisu. The "fresh" (i.e. soft, spongey) ladyfingers from bakers or the frozen aisle in supermarkets would probably be a better choice if you are eating them on their own, or mixing with less liquid ingredients, such as custard. But for tiramisu, where the ladyfingers are dipped in espresso and liqueur, these are great. They absorb much less and maintain their form, whereas the soft ladyfingers have a tendency to become overly saturated, soggy, and fall apart.On their own, these tasted a little more plain than some of the other brands. Not a big deal for me since their flavor gets overwhelmed in what I use them for, anyhow.Most of the biscuits arrived unscathed from shipping.

Could not any get Lady Fingers around here and was pleased that these worked great for the Tiramisu that we made.

The ideal thing for the real Tiramisu. There is no other. Did not have these lady fingers and substituted with some other Italian type cookies and they did not absorb like these. These are the best for Tiramisu recipe.
