I LOVE the cinnamon flavor! It’s a subtle taste- not too strong or spicy, but it’s there. It kind of gives you that slight warmth & tingly feeling on your tongue like smoking would.The filter tip feels good to hold between your teeth or to bite on it, which is nice for moments of stress/anxiety to keep me from clenching or grinding my teeth. It’s also feels nice to hold and fidget with.It has some resistance when you breathe in through it, which is realistic and also helps you take more intentional breaths which also helps give you a sense of calm. It’s been nice so far!The only downside is I feel like $18 is a little bit pricey for one. $10-$12 would seem more reasonable. But that’s just my opinion. I will probably buy another in the future.

I was trying to quit vaping, and that first week I was THIS desperate. Save your money and consider buying a nicotine free vape for the same price. There is a company called Cyclone, they sell disposable nic free vapes, and if you want that oral sensation and to try to kill the cravings, that’s the way to go. It worked for me at least, This thing is a cheap piece of plastic made in China, you’d get the same results if you put essential oils inside a pen cap and suck on it, and that’s not an exaggeration.

I quit! OK, so it's only been 4 days and 12 hours. Anyway, I bought this hoping that it would help when I have a craving. So far, so good.It's heavier than a cigarette, but feels about the same in my hand. The pull feels the same as actually smoking too.The cinnamon flavor is light, not overpowering, which I like. Having the ability to bite on the butt as I would a cigarette is good too.I can't speak to how long this will last. There doesn't feel to be anything other than air moving through it, and the flavor all seems to be in the silicone "butt". If all goes well, I think this will be the only one I need to purchase.Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I was looking for a physical crutch to replace cigarettes; this product seemed like a good idea. I thought I'd at least be able to draw in some air. The description does say "breathable air-filter", "perfect for puffing"but I can't draw any air through this thing. No air draw. No puffing. Nada. Zilch. Maybe this thing needs the power of a vacuum to get an air draw.It does deliver a bit of cinnamon essence, but it just appears in your mouth without feeling any intake. I'd actually prefer something without any flavors that just lets me draw in some air rather than smoke. Smokers like to draw in something; if its not smoke than I'd like some air please. Guess I'll have to use a chewable straw instead.2 Stars ONLY for the physical crutch of holding it and chewing on it. But I won't be recommending this to my friends who also want to quit smoking.

doesn’t pull like a real cigarette at all. When you inhale, something inside get sucked back to create more of a “drag” like inhale, however it’s too hard to inhale it and you can tell something is inside. On top of that it has a cinnamon flavor which is kind of strange. I thought this was the non-menthol unflavored one but apparently that doesn’t exist. Too expensive for what you’re getting, could probably make something on your own that works just as well if it better. Only reason I gave it some stars is because I do enjoy the rubber mouthpiece which seems to help with oral fixation

I just received the product. Have only taken a few puffs but I’m very interested to see if this will help. The box did not have any ingredients, so I messaged on the website to see what is used for flavoring. It seems like it’s more for the fidgeting aspect of smoking/vaping but I’m still going to give it a try. I used to smoke cigarettes and then switched to vaping and it’s been several years. Ready and desperate for anything that will help me quit.

I thought for sure I would get a nice breath of oxygen in when I took a drag of this but instead it was nothing. The flavor comes from "bitting" or sucking on the filter. Why would you have to do that if imitating a cig? You don't bite a cigarette. I was so excited to get this just to be disappointed. I actually wanted to return this but their return process is much too hard. I'm disabled so I guess I'm just stuck with it. Waste of money.

It's everything they said it would be but not til actually trying it did I realize that it's not as helpful with not wanting to smoke as I thought it would be. If the flavor was a little more potent or something that would maybe help a little cuz it's basically like sucking on nothing but air

If you buy this product and think that you will quit smoking by using it, think again. If you don't have a grim determination to quit, it probably won't work. I expected it to have more flavor than it has (I chose the cinnamon flavor) and was very disappointed. It does tend to numb the inside of your mouth if used too long at a time. The directions do say it's best used with another stop smoking method like the patch or spray and I suspect that to be true, but I have tried them all without success. What this product might do for you is to help you cut down on the amount of cigarettes that you smoke. That is what I'll use it for.
