Button is larger than I imagined. Magnet makes it easy to place the button out of site. I like the fact that the plug has its own button.

This thing is flawless. I was looking for a switching solution for an island sink installation. The remote switch is simple and is equally at home on the counter or perfectly tucked-away in the magnetic holster inside the drawer next to the sink. The 30s timed delay is really convenient. During my research, this solution seemed the best mix of features and price. After using if for a few months, that still seems to be the case.

Absolutely love this solution and is a perfect pairing for my insikerstor bar disposal. We had THICK European walnut butcher block counters installed in this location and drilling the faucet holes caused enough smoke and smell that the couldn’t bear having to endure another hole being drilled.Not only does this not require a countertop hole, the “puck”, and 30-60 second “on/off” timers are awesome. As is the complete functionality of the device.All that’s needed is to buy a cord for your disposal (since they can be hard wired or wired to a 15AMP plug—Home Depot Husky replacement tool cords work great).Installed an air switch on the main sink and thinking of changing it for this product so I can have a soap dispenser without having to cut another hole.Takes less than five minutes to install if your GD has a plug on it. Super great product worthy of reviewing. Absolutely love it.

had a garbage disposal taken out and a new one properly installed and there is no longer a wall switch. We used this as the switch and it works great. You can just set the disk in a cupboard out of the way, or mount it with he adhesive backing where no one can see it if you want. Love that is has a timer on it and I can just press 30 seconds and keep cleaning up the kitchen.

Edit: after leaving this review the seller refunded the purchase price for the failed wireless switch. I appreciate that level of customer service despite having purchased this almost a year ago. Based on this, I might be willing to try this brand again as they stand behind their products.Original review below:We bought this about 11 months ago, and it worked great for a time. It was easy to install, the control worked consistently, and did a great job replacing the air switch we had been using.Recently the battery died in the control, so I swapped it out for a fresh 2032 cell. It lasted a day or two then died again. I replaced it with another fresh 2032 cell. Same deal.Not sure what has happened, but the cells are simply not lasting any more.I'll buy a replacement, but not this brand.

The media could not be loaded. Works perfectly for my garbage disposal. Plugs into a standard 3 post outlet (should be a GFI outlet if it is being used on a garbage disposal). It does leave room to utilize the 2nd plug on your duplex outlet, though you won’t be fitting anything there with a blocky adapter, just a standard plug. 2 way tape on the magnetic base is strong. I stuck mine in the wrong spot and wanted to move it pretty much instantly and that sucker was stuck on there nice and tight. Buttons feel good on the remote. Magnets are strong enough to hold the remote on the base while stuck to the back of my cabinet door. I am getting at least 40 yards of range which I tested by running out into the front yard, turning the garbage disposal on, and having my wife yell to me about how remarkably dumb I am. Your results may vary, as your wife may love you more. You can use this bad lad for pretty much anything else that plugs in. I was using it on a lamp for a while to test reliability. I would definitely recommend.

It worked fine for about a week and then died. Changed the battery and it worked for another day then died again. Changed battery a third time but nothing. Cheap Chinese crap!!!!!
