Thomas Laboratories 110-2720.P06 Goat-A-Lac Supplement Powder for Pets, 4-Pound

I went looking for a goat milk powder when changing our family's rescue/puppy/kitten formula from cow's milk and evaporated milk. This stuff is brilliant and the animals adore it. I currently use it in my dog's diet as she has liver shunts and she's doing well on the home diet and meds. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who finds themselves doing rescues periodically or needs something special to add to a pet's diet.

My vet recommended this for my puppies that the mom had weened off to early. Puppies loved it and they grew to be very beautiful and healthy

I have raised over 60 kittens in the last 4 years, and this formula is by far the best. Thre is still some stomach upset , especially on the tiny ones, but it is easy to adjust the strength. The shelter Vet Tech always comments on how healthy my fosters are. They gain weight and grow at a rate expected of bottle babies.

Seemed to cause less diarrhea than Esbilac - hard to tell for sure. Lots of good ingrediants fortifying it. Made "puppy mush," starting at 3 weeks. Also gave to the mama dog. She had 11 puppies, so she needed it.

I have been using this goat's milk for many years. Its help me give my champions a great first start.

On my last lot # 10845, a larger bag than I normally buy- but I did it because of the small ones new packaging. I am a fairly good size rescue and I have lost two kittens and have 3 sick. All 5 Were eating from this batch of food and all have been sick. Please not all these kittens are from different litters and are not Together. Please check the products in these 4 lb bags. This make me very sad :(

It was alright!In my opinion as a breeder this goat formula is good for pups after 3 weeks. Its cheap, works well. $50dls? You cant beat that...
