These Victorinox paring knives have quickly become my wife’s favourite kitchen tool, and she’s a tough critic when it comes to anything related to cooking. The blade is extra sharp, that makes chopping and slicing a breeze – perfect for her deshi curries. As for me? The best I can manage is boiling an egg, but she’s decided it’s high time I learn the art of proper Bangladeshi cooking.Armed with this little green wonder, I’ve sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, and survived a few beginner curry lessons without losing a finger. It’s lightweight, sturdy, and apparently does the job better than any of our other knives. If my wife approves of it, it’s as good as gold. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or someone just learning to cook (under duress), this knife is a sharp little ally in the kitchen.

Had one of these for over 20 years, used it for veg prep and it never lost its sharp edge, somehow lost it (think the boss inadvertently threw it out) so bought these to replace it. Two knives for the price seemed really great value and on first use they seem to be as good as my old knife although with a slightly different shape of handle, time will tell.

I love wavy edge knives, I always find them to last longer and more usable to cut a variety of different fruits, meats, breads not to mention opening amazon parcels with!This knife ticks the 'blade quality' and 'day-to-day use' boxes and I also like the fact that its a distinct bright pink colour to make it easy to spot amongst all the other cutlery that I have.

Top quality, sharp and comfortable handle.

They live up to the victorinox brand. Super sharp, make light work of crusty bread, hard cheese, carrots, tomatoes. Word of warning though, be careful when you are washing up. They slice through fingers easily too!

These knives are well balanced and sharp. The handle material is not special but fairly reflectsthe price.

These have no right to cut this good! Perfect for tomatoes. Small size makes them super handy in detail precision work. Green colour looks surprisingly good.
