Let’s get my primary criticism out of the way: I’m not sure what I was expecting for the price, but (as shown in the pic) it seems like the tongue is already worn and will like spread to complete unraveling after some use. Otherwise, great looking boot. As noted throughout the reviews, step it down a size from what you normally wear. I can actually see how the sole could split because it’s solid, unlike a standard rubber sole. Still, so long as you aren’t using these for daily work boots (manual labor), I could see them lasting. Also, they are surprisingly comfortable, but like another reviewer noted, they feel more like a dress shoe on the arches.

This was an okay pair of boots. I just wanted something to wear once in a while when going out with friends or to look a little less like a casual or work shoe/boot.These boots were a little tight in width and not the most durable of materials. If you plan to do a lot of walking, they're going to start to fall apart in my opinion. However, if you just want some thing that looks nice for a couple hours on a date or hanging out with friends, they're fine for that. They go well with a new pair of jeans, chinos, or khakis.

Ordered these semi dress casual looking shoes for a trip and a Summer class reunion. The appearance out of the box looked good. Walked with one and they could use cushion inserts if walking or standing for periods of time.For the price if they at least last for my 2 intended uses I'll be satisfied though I expect them to cover several events well.

I've completely worn them out in a few months, would make a great occasional wear shoe. They look great. I used them as a summer boot to work in and they are already falling apart.

Nice boot, but not having half sizes really sucks. I wear a 10.5 and took the recommendation to buy larger and it's just slightly too far off, even with thick socks.
