Best Small Lechuza Planter!
My favorite lechuza planter because the interior pot is clear and you can see what is going on with the roots. I really wish they would make all of their interior pots clear. I also love that you can just lift up the entire interior pot easily without digging into the substrate. I have several of the larger cubico’s, the minis are just so adorable and actually hold a lot of substrate. The Deltini was my previous go to for small plants, but loving the mini cubico so much. It’s adorable, and anthurium really need the additional vertical height.

Easy & Beautiful
Beautiful addition. Have several of these planters in a variety of sizes, both inside & outside. This one requires no soil, takes no more than 10 mins, easy set up, can even be done in your kitchen.Tip: put your plant in before you add the provided gravel mix. Also, buy a really small plant, so it can grow into the planter vs having to try to cram it in.I found this tiny Red Kalanchoe plant @ Home Depot for $3. It’s a succulent & does really well indoors. Super low maintenance combo with the planter w/ all my work travel.

Stylish and practical
This planter gives my home a touch of elegance and style, and it is very practical. I also like the lechuza pon, doesn't have any smell and plants seems to be doing well. This model doesn't have the water indicator that biggest models have, but I would justify this condition because it doesn't seem to be big enough to accommodate this system. I bought two of these, this glossy black and another in glossy white, they play very well together. Build is good, doesn't feel cheap.

Great for those who travel frequently
These planters are great for those who travel frequently or those who do not have a green thumb. If you travel, your plants should be well watered for 12-14 days. These planters will prevent over and under watering provided you follow the very simple instructions. It is really easy to keep house plants alive and looking healthy with these planters. The planters are made out of plastic but it seems to be high quality plastic. It is much higher quality than the similarly designed planters at Home Depot. I haven't had any issues with fading or scratching yet. One thing that I don't like is that is is difficult to determine when to refill without lifting the entire top out. It would be nice if there was a little vertical window on one side so that the water level could be easily checked.

Great Self-Watering Planter, but Could be Improved
This self-watering planter works great. I was surprised by how well the rope wicks the water into the soil. The outside plastic is relatively sturdy. It was better than the Window Garden self-watering planters in that respect. The one downside of the Lechuza design is that there isn't a place to add water to directly refill the reservoir. The Window Garden planters have this ability. With the Lechuza design, you either need to add water to the soil, wait several seconds, check the water level, and repeat if you didn't add enough water, or you need to separate the outer container from the inner container, add water, reinsert the inner container, check the water level, and repeat if there isn't enough water. The Window Garden planters have an opening next to the water level gauge where you can add water to directly refill the reservoir. Because the water goes directly into the reservoir, you eliminate the waiting step mentioned above.

Love it
I love the pot's modern design and this pot actually comes with the Lechuza pons potting medium, so you have everything you need to get started in semi-hydroponics gardening. I will definitely reorder this pot.

Caused Edema to My Beloved Frydek – Extremely Disappointed!
The media could not be loaded. I’m incredibly disappointed with Lechuza’s planter, especially given how highly regarded this company is in the plant community. I recently purchased one of their planters during a sale, and now I’m wondering why only this model was on sale. There seems to be a serious flaw with this planter—it doesn’t drain properly. At first, water drained out as expected, so I didn’t think much of it. But after a few waterings, I noticed edema (swelling) on my Frydek’s leaves. That’s when I started to investigate more closely. When I watered the plant and waited for drainage, I found that about 4/5 of the planter was draining fine, but there was still a significant amount of water pooled inside. It just wasn’t draining! To get rid of the standing water, I had to tip the entire planter over and pour the excess water out from the top, making a huge mess in the process. Why is this happening?I called Lechuza’s U.S. customer service, and after a frustrating conversation with a representative who seemed to have no understanding of plants, I realized I was wasting my time. She insisted that this issue was "normal," which I found hard to believe. I then emailed their support twice, but have received no response. One of the frustrating things about this model is that it’s the only one with a clear inner pot. If I had purchased any of their other planters, I wouldn’t have even known about this drainage problem, and my plants would likely have been ruined.I expected much better from a company with such a good reputation, and now I’m left trying to salvage my plant. I would not recommend this planter to anyone, especially if you care about the health of your plants.Thankfully Amazon made it right and issued my money back.
