I must comment on this product for those of you considering the purchase of a callus remover. This item far exceeds my expectations of performance. Prior to purchasing this callus remover, my feet, especially my heels, were terribly encrusted with thick dead skin. I had tried several different methods of removing the built-up calluses with unacceptable success. This electric callus remover is far superior in removing built-up thick dead skin than any other method I have tried. The process is very simple and fast. I had wanted a product that was powerful. This unit has plenty of power, and the grinding cylinders can be purchased with different grades of coarseness depending on how much dead skin needs to be removed. One important feature about purchasing this item is the excellent customer service provided by the manufacturer. Having had several questions about the performance of this unit, I contacted their Care Me Customer Support with questions. I was absolutely amazed with their quick response to my concerns and questions. The Care Me Customer Support wants to make sure that their customers are well satisfied. In closing, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the purchase of this product.

After decades of embarrassment due to the calluses on my feet I ordered the Care me Electric Callus Remover as a last resort. Creams, ointments, cotton socks over moisturizer slathered on, pumice stones, the 'egg' - nothing had made a difference. I'd wear sandals but hoped wearing long slacks would cover my heels, and yes, my callused toes. ICK!!! it was awful. The Care me Callus Remover arrived, I tried it - lots of 'skin dust,' and, it was all right - it made a difference. I tested 'pressing down' and it worked fine. The real surprise though came after using it the second day (they tell you to take it easy and not try to do it all at once, and my calluses were so thick I didn't have the time to do them all at once anyway!). I had nice looking feet suddenly! I had forgotten what it felt like to have smooth heels, smooth toes and no horrible calluses. I put moisturizing cream on afterwards and for once it made a difference. My husband even noticed. I'm telling my friends about it. It's a keeper!!!

I used it 3 times and was REALLY pleased with the results! As as result of chemotherapy, I have neuropathy in my feet; using this callus remover was much safer than the blade... Since "feeling" in my feet is limited, when using the "shaved", (razor blade), I would sometimes shave too deep... But not with this! It handled great, and my feet were smooth! I was so HAPPY!But then as I was rinsing the roller, the Callus Remover slid off the counter... the pin that holds the roller fell out... I cannot get it back together... Very Sad, because I thought I had hit a home run with this purchase. :(UPDATE: I received a follow-up email from Brands-Mart notifying me that there would be other rollers available for purchase. I replied back and explained what had happened, how I dropped the "shaver" and could no longer use it. They responded immediately with an offer to replace it, NO CHARGE and NO SHIPPING FEE! I received the 2nd kit within 5 days of notifying them. All I can say is, it was a pleasure doing business with them! And NOW I have HAPPY FEET!

I like the callus remover. It seems to do the job and believe me, my feet are a job. As stated earlier, Amazon paired the callus remover with replacement rollers that do not fit my particular model. So, I sent them back. But I want the ones that will fit my callus remover. I particularly like that this is not battery operated and has more power for tough jobs. Follow UP to previous review: Although Amazon had paired the callus remover replacements with replacements that didn't fit the unit I bought (their frequently purchased together section), I returned the wrong replacements and the company promptly contacted me and sent me the correct replacements. Got them today. Shame on Amazon..... Yea for the Brands-Mart Care Me people!!!! Thank you!

I've never used this type of foot smoother. I've always used the old metal "grater" type. This definitely worked faster than that, but I was expecting more from this. Maybe in this world of instant gratification that was unreasonable. It took me about 15 minutes per foot to smooth the cracks and rough skin. I was hoping for 1 minute or less, because I don't have much patience. You can't press hard, it will bog down. So have patience, and it WILL take off the roughness on your feet. Two rollers came with mine, but they weren't labelled as to coarse or fine, and I really can't tell the difference, and the included instructions didn't describe which was which. They are color coded, but again, nothing in the instructions describe how to tell them apart.

I've used the battery-operated remover for a few months now and really liked it, so I was hesitant to spend more money for the electric one. The cost of this one was affordable and after reading the reviews thought I'd give it a try. I love it so much that I purchased four as gifts to the special ladies in my life ... WE LOVE IT! It doesn't slow down as much as the battery-operated remover, and we love the smooth finish that you have when you finish. And, it's so convenient ... no more having to drag out equipment and water to soak my feet before giving myself a pedicure, or doing it in the shower ... and saves money and time going to a salon. The next lady on my gift list is going to love this!
