Heat Press Inc Cap, Hat and Label Digital Heat Press Machine

I did a lot of reading and found that cap presses also double as label presses very well. This one does!I've only made about 5 presses so far, but it is pretty easy to operate, feels very well built and sturdy, and does a great job with my labels.Mine was slightly different, my LCD display and buttons are at the base of the struts at the back of the machine, rather than in the front. Not a big deal.The instructions are in a laughable translation to English.Overall, I'm very satisfied.Edit: Also, another reviewer indicated that theirs did "auto-popup" - which some more expensive machines do - mine does not do this. There are quite a few machines from a few vendors out there that have almost identical designs with very similar features.. so I think they got lucky by being given on with an additional feature - it also explains the slight differences in mine vs. the one pictured.

My first cap press was a dismal disappointment. So I sent it back for a refund (thank you, Amazon) and replaced it with this cap press. When it arrived it was already assembled for label printing, which I do not need. So I get out the instructions on how to convert it to a cap press. Whoever composed it definitely flunked out of English composition class. It made no sense whatsoever. They must have used one of those Chinese-to-English dictionaries. So I employed simple critical thinking skills and figured it out for myself. Converting back and forth from cap to label to cap is definitely more trouble than it is worth unless you are using it for hobby purposes. Commercial applications will be better off buying two presses and leaving one set up for caps and one set up for label printing.All in all, the press is high quality and I intend to keep it.

The price of this heat press was about half the price of the heat press we originally were going to purchase. It works very well. The only problem with this order was that this heat press is designed differently then the picture that was on Amazon. It took a very long time to receive the order after it was placed.

Excellent produce, quick shipping. The press arrived quickly and functions well & dependably. The user's guide is very thin and the wing screws used to hold the interchangeably heat platens are small so the wings nut are hard on the hands. Otherwise this is a GREAT press. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I was about to buy a Hottronix press for $750 when I ran across this one for $375 or so (a little over $400 with shipping). So far, it does everything I expected including the auto popup. The Hottronix has a better warranty but I couldn't see paying more than twice for it. BTW, I have a larger Hottronix press and love it - no disrespect intended to them.Anyway, if you're in the market for a good cap press, this one's a good buy, IMHO.

it did the job but one of the parts burn out before i was finish now i have to replace it

terrible, but swift customer service. heat press not working out the box. Having problems with the unit heating to the right temp. there will be fluctuation for those that don't know but mines was really wacky. Hugh the owner was really nasty about my complaints. spend your money else where....

This is a very heavy duty press. Good price!
