Just a shorter version of the longer 41" resistance bands ...
Just a shorter version of the longer 41" resistance bands you can buy. This length is ideal for me while doing leg extensions and hamstring work. Lying on my back, holding one end of the band in my outstretched hand and the other end looped around the base of my foot, I can extend my leg and stretch my hamstring, then flex my foot for an even tighter stretch to floss the sciatic nerve. This was also the only 20" band I could find on Amazon.

Another great use for the deadlift bands is flat bench press, hook the bands to each side of the base of flat bench and you can do bench presses, works great.

These are at least twice the listed length, making them unusable for my purposes.

Super versatile bands. Bright colors and easy to read labeling
Excellent quality. I use these 5 days per week and have owned them for almost a full year. The Serious Steel bands are top quality. The 20 inch variety can be used for many exercises. They hold up very well. No snaps and I own 4 seperate weight categories. The best quality band I own.
