Banjo TF200 Polypropylene Bulkhead Tank Fitting, 2" NPT Female

I bought 2 of these for my aquaponics build. They are large and very strong and if installed correctly, leak free.I installed it wrong the first time and had a leak then turned it around and now its great. I put this in a 55 Gallon drum to make a Radial flow filter. The only issue is price but to be leak free I can live with it.

the threads on the inside are split with no threads in the middle. it's designed to have male threads go in both sides. unfortunately, for my rainwater tank I need to thread in from one side. I have a banjo ball valve, so I thought it would workwith the same brand, oh well. couldn't find the inner thread info in the description and of course the picture doesn't show it

This bulkhead fitting is comparable in quality to those costing $17.00 or more.My local Home depot had a similar fitting for $23.00! and was a much bulkier item that would have taken up more space on my aquaponic system.The installation jam-nut is reverse thread which was also very handy as it allowed me to create a close quarter group of fittings without the need for a union.I have used a few different sized Banjo fittings and they have all been better constructed than their Lifegard Aquatics counterparts.Both internal ends are threaded and deburred so connections were easy with no leaks.

I bought these BANJO TF200 and TF125 to use on overhead tank connections to supply water to my village folks in GHANA. These bulkheads are steady real solid quality and well engineered! They fitted and worked without leaks since the installation in July 2017, not even a drop on hand tightening. The seal is great. However just be careful that to tighten, these are left handed threads !!. The BANJO engineers must have a good reason for this choice of threads.

These fittings are built extremely well. Thick and dense, I cannot see these malfunctioning. The rubber O ring is very thick, at about 3/8" and compressable -- It should make a tight, leakproof fit. The nut on the backside of the bulkhead only threads on one way. I tried to thread it on both ways and will only thread on in one orientation. Threads are reverse thread for the bulkhead fitting and standard NPT inside. I would buy this again and I would recommend it to a friend.

Easy to install, easy to use. This product does not appear to leak. Would certainly to hesitate to purchase again if One is needed

Good reliable fittings. It would serve everyone better if a hole saw size recommendation was provided in the description.
