This is a surprisingly well-made product for the price. It has a large writing area. It's lightweight and feels solid as a writing board.When we unpacked it, we couldn't erase what we wrote at first. No instructions were included, so I took a gander at the box which showed a tiny lock switch on the side, next to the battery area. Indeed, it was in the locked position. Once unlocked, the erase function worked like a charm.

( I purchased 4, one pink, two blue, and one green )I am disappointed in a few things, for starters the batteries that come with do not power the device . I requested a replacement which was sent over night. I am super pleased with the customer service replacement turn around time. The next thing I was disappointed in was that all 4 replacements I received did not work either. At this point I am not sure if it is batteries itself, or the device that is just defective. the center " home" button is supposed to clear the drawing off the screen but it does nothing but make a click sound when pressed.great idea got kiddos to have mess free drawing, but would be a better product over all if it actually worked properly. will be returning all 8 I received for refund sadly.

This item is light, very easy to use, and inexpensive, but I kept thinking I should turn it on somewhere, because the writing is so dim, IMO. The ad makes the writing look much brighter, but some customer pictures look like mine. Maybe my eyes are just too old..??

We had an older Boogie board with some edge damage and since we had an upcoming plane trip I decided to purchase this to help entertain our toddler. This board is lightweight and the marking color is bright. The only negative - might be nice to have the pen attached (there’s a hole) because of course we lost the pen. But you can use a finger or any other sharp implement. Really good value and quality product.

I ordered this tablet 3x. The first one stopped working less than a week after I purchased it. I though my kids where just being hard on it so I ordered a replacement because I had already thrown the box out. The replacement arrived quick but it didn't work. I ordered my 3rd tablet only to have it also arrive not working. Don't waist your time and money on this cheap product. It won't last. Very disappointed

I got this for my 16 month old to replace her magna-doodle that she broke (the slide part broke), so this seemed like a good solution (no moving parts).She enjoys it. It is light weight so I’m not sure how long it will handle abuse from my toddler.It isn’t as bright at the photos, but it’s still plenty visible. Overall happy with the purchase. We’ll see how long it holds up to a toddler.UPDATE: while it doesn’t feel super heavy duty, it’s still going strong over a year later. My toddler has definitely tested it’s durability

Excellent! Most of the knock off boogie board write so dim and thin. This one is perfect! And i like the coloring of the writing. And the style looks like an ipad :)

My toddler loves to draw. When she does, she gets art materials all over the floor, table, and walls of my house. I'm happy to clean it because I know how happy it makes her, but sometimes I just don't feel like having to clean up after her. So I got this thing so she can doodle away without me needing to clean up. It's great for practicing letters and numbers. One tip - The pen is easily lost so I would recommend tying it to the tablet. The pen has a hole made for this very purpose. I chose not to tie it at first and lost the pen for about a month.

Great fun but not half as bright as the pictures would have you believe. In fact the image is quite dull.

Present for my 7yr old son, he really enjoyed using it, when he wants to 'save' a picture I take a photo.Pen fits in holder at end and you can lock the screen so its not accidentally erased. We use it for drawing, but also practicing sums, spellings and keeping track of scores.

screen is 10” along diagonal. Good price in comparison to others available on amazon especially when bought on lightning deal.Feels very light and flimsy but perfectly adequate for its intended purpose. Delete button plus lock button to prevent accidental deleting works as expected. Writing is quite feint as it is not a bright white ‘ink’. The writing appears as a dull grey and not as bright as depicted on the pictures. Those are not pictures of actual print. Really only viewable directly in front in reasonably good lighting. This is not a criticism of this item but more a characteristic of all these types of drawing pads regardless of make. The stylus on this has a wide tip so that lines drawn are quite thick. A plus in some ways as it makes reading easier. A lanyard for the stylus would have been useful but easy to make your own.A fairly good value item which performs adequately as long as you don’t have too high an expectation. I use mine for jotting temporary notes of all sorts but makes a perfect doodle pad for children without the need for paper.

Honestly this is great. I bought it for my little one as she loves drawing but never on the paper, it’s always the furniture or herself. Buying this, she absolutely adores it and not have to worry about the mess. To be honest, I think myself and my partner use this more as a shopping list reminder and particularly with working from home, it’s been so handy to use as a little notepad. Will definitely order another.Delivery was so quick, even with the current crisis and delivery delays. It is so lightweight and so easy to use, there’s no set up, just literally unwrapping the packaging and you’re ready to go.

Good little device if your child just like to scribble, the surface isn’t smooth like a tablet screen so feels more like drawing on paper, it’s really thin and light.
