Otherwise, calcium may simply deposit into arteries! Even the leading experts of the vitamin D council recommend K2/D3 consumption together, although it's a pity this is not more publicized. Honestly, I'm grateful to Life Extension for doing the research and providing such a complete product.The only downside is that it's relatively expensive. Separately, the ingredients contained within could be had for maybe 1/3 or 1/2 the cost. My go to vitamins for D, K and iodine. A good mix. K2 in particular is really showing in lab reports to be extremely important in warding arterial plaque. Everyone who works inside and gets little sun needs the D suite. Iodine is a quality form that can't be had in the traditional "blue label" grocery salts. Life Extension seems to have done their homework on this supplement mix.
