I was a little sceptical about this product, cause of some of the comments. I have to say it works great in my 10gal tank. I have to keep water between 76°F and 80° and I haven't had a problem. I've been using it for a couple weeks now. Only thing is I never received a temp strip in my order.

Seems to work ok. Missing temperature strip. Looked like prevoous returned item. Needed it so did not return. Reached out to seller a week ago. No response. Buy from another seller. No excuse not to respond to my concern. Will never buy from seller again.

For the price really satisfied. Works great and keeps a steady temp inside the tank

There is very little English on the box and no instructions. No way to affix the tube to the tank. Just the tube with the electric cord. The temperature is unpredictable. Some mornings water is cold and the next day its tropical and would be nice bath water. Don't buy this one! Spend a few more dollars and hope to get some quality. I'll probably throw mine away and buy one at Walmart.

My only issue is that the temperature is not accurate. I had to set the heater to 68°F (20°C) to get the water to my desired temperature of 80°F. (26°C) Other than that, it works great and looks good. Build quality seems solid too. I just had to account for the temperature offset.

The cord is ridiculously short..it won't even reach an outlet right behind the tank. Also did not come with the thermometer strip or instructions. Very disappointed. Don't recommend
