Koolertron New Projection Clock Rome Numeral Style Big Display Clock

No customer support if it didnt work. Luckily it worked for few months then the led projection started flashing up for the last few days. I had wemo switch configured to limit the usage every day. I reckon tht would b one reason it didnt fail in the early month. I have had requested the manufacturer for a solution, no response so far. So if u got spare money to spent for, this would b a grt choice. As few already mentioned here, it might not be a worth investment.

Works as expected. Wish it could be dimmed. Very bright if you're projecting in bedroom. Gels don't really dim it and make clock a little soft around edges. Bulb is not replaceable.

This clock is so unique. We are really enjoying it. It is bright and clear and you can pretty much make it project any size that works for you. Definitely worth the money. Even better was the customer service I received from the company. I was having an issue with the converter. The responded immediately to my problem and went beyond what I had expected in order to solve the problem. The company is not in the U.S. and I was expecting no help at all. Instead they were wonderful and responsive and helpful. I would recommend the product and the company.

Would have given it six stars if the ad had been the same as the reality. I thought i would get a remote to control something; I know not what but thought it might be the different clock faces as more than one are shown on the Amazon page. Also there is a 'brightness' remote shown that did not come with the clock although the fan did and the power source is now a proper USA one. No manual unless you count instructions on the exterior of the box. A piece of coloured plastic was in the box which I suppose attaches in some way to the lens to give an amber clock face. No mention of it in the instructions and I have not tried it yet as the clock is installed 8' up. Slight problem with the focus as the hands are apparently slightly in front (or behind) the face so if the numerals are in focus the hands will be slightly out and visa versa, only I notice this in our house. But do not let me put you off; you will love the clock.

The Koolertron only lasts for about 6 months. They start to flicker and then die. I have bought 5 of them and it has happened to all of them.

I loved this clock but it only worked for 5 months then quit.

I too bright for bedroom and no light dimmer. It looks good in the living room projected to the wall. l'm happy with the designed.
