After only a few weeks with some stretching, exercise and daily application of Cryoderm cold, my tendonitis is slowing going away. "A little dab will do ya" Works very well... Fades away slowly. I was introduced to this product by a professional massage therapist at the end of a massage to help prevent soreness and further enhance muscle relaxation. At the end of the massage the Cryoderm lotion was applied, followed by the Cryoderm spray when it dryed. The experience is a slow warming process which quickly turns into an almost icy feeling. My muscles stayed relaxed from that massage and product for a few days. I later was experiencing some tight areas and wasn't able to get in for a massage so I ordered both the lotion and spray. After using the night I got the products, the next day I felt great. I have been completing a large landscaping project and it has been keeping me feeling loose and not too sore. I highly recommend this product to anyone. It is the very best I have ever used.

For the value for money and the product providing relief from pain ... have always used the roll on version and this gel form works great ... especially for low back or arthritic pain ...

I was hoping this would help my sciatica, but I'm sorry to say there are better products available that work much better.

I could sleep, move, walk, cook and shower without crying or help. My pain has finally dissipated and I’m grateful for the reviews on here that helped me decide to buy this.Be careful with overuse though. And continue w massage and stretches.
