Works great.
We have a small pond but the algae had pretty much control of it.Just after 3 days of this installed we can see to the bottom of the pond already. Filter's were dirty after the second day but that was to be expected.We already had a pump and filter and aeration units but the big point to buying this was the UV light. It really does help get rid of the algae and prevent growth.Glad I bought it.

works better than most pumps
Inexpensive, works better than most pumps, but the filter clogs up to fast. It works amazing when it is clean, but that needs to be done once a week and it is not easy to take apart. Pay 30 more dollars and get "TotalPond 950 GPH Waterfall Pump with UV Clarifier." It is by far the best pump I have owned thus far.

works good but clean filter frequently
Pump cleared up pond water and works well. Would give it more stars but the pre-filter gets clogged fast. I clean it out every day or two, otherwise there would be no water circulation. For the price I would recommend it. Just be prepared to clean the filter very regularly.

Pump broke
Pump broke within the first 24 hrs...very disappointed with this product. Husband had to buy a pump at lowes and reinstall during the middle of the night so our fish wouldn't die. I don't recommend this at all!!!!!!

pond pump review
so far so good. Running about 12 hrs per day with an aerator pump plus 3-4 inch graded gravel bottom and is cleaning/clearing the 750 gal. pond water well. However, it won't really prove it's worth unless it lasts 2+ years of service.

Good pump with UV filter. Wish it had a bigger bio filter with it, but overall well worth the money

Pretty Good for a small pond.
I like this filter but it cloggs easily. I have to clean it everyday and sometimes twice a day or there is no water flow. The UV light did help clear up the water but I am also using a bio-filter for approximately 450 glallons. I have lots of fish so I over filter the water. Pump has lots of power when clean!! Good for someone who wants one unit to do it all.
