I had a hip replacement and now one leg is 13mm higher than the other one. I wear a lot of Fit flops and orthotics are not very good for them so I bought the above heel lifts which stick very well in the Fit flops. They do the job very well. The only criticism I would make is that I feel they are quite expensive.
