The BEST..
I’ve been playing for 50 years, and these are the BEST harps for the money!

Excellent harp
I have 20 harps and this one is my favorite now, its very comfortable to hold and play, very responsive, I'm no professional player but have been playing harps since I was a kid, I'm 60 so I've had a few, this is by far one of the best I own, I used to prefer a different brand but for the past few years when I purchased one of those, I would have to work on it before I could play as they were way out of tune straight out of the box. I am a big Will Wilde fan and listening to him play these harps sold me on them the look and sound say it all, so thank you, Seydel and Will Wilde

Best harp I've ever owned!!
This harp is amazing!I play harp in Vintage Fare, a band in Carmichael California. Been playing professionally for about ten years. I've owned a passel of harps, all of the well-known "good" ones as well as some lesser known sleepers. Just one gig, and this one rose to my top spot. When ordering it, I was a little concerned that the stainless steel reeds would muck up the tone we usually get from brass or bronze reeds. Well, it did mess with the tone, but in a good way. I've never played a harp with so much bluesy character (but clean bluesy) built right in.It's common knowledge that, on virtually all diatonic harps, the draw on the #2 reed, is the hardest from which to get a clean note. That old rule of thumb goes right out the window with this harp. #2 draw is just as clean and easy as any other hole.Better yet, all the holes, whether blow or draw, take the same amount of wind to get the same volume. With this harp, there's no need to blow hard to get exciting tones. You'll find that you can get them even laid back. They aren't cheap but I've never seen a better example of "you get what you pay for."

WOW!
Best harp for straight playing I've ever had. No idea about how it plays as a blues harp, I don't play the blues. MUCH more responsive than any of the sub $40 Hohners. I was a big fan of the Suzuki Bluesmaster, but the reeds in the keys of A and G don't last too long. The Seydel is very loud, has a clear tone, and has more room for dynamic variation than the other harps I've used. The comb is a bit of a mouthful, but I'm adjusting. Perfect in every respect right out of the box. Getting ready to order an "A".

I love the Session Steel harps -- that's what I play
Don't get me wrong. I love the Session Steel harps -- that's what I play. But this one had a reed go bad pretty quickly, Ordered the harp April 2, use it about once a week and on May 21 noticed that when I tongue block to blow octaves, one goes out of tune. I''m good with single notes. Clearly one reed is bending too much and going sour, Don't know if I can get it repaired and the return window is 30 days -- I'm about three weeks past that, I suppose I'll take it apart and see if I can tune the reed, but steel is not as friendly to work with as brass. So probably I'll just have to buy another or quit playing the one tune that uses that particular blow, Bottom line: this is a quality control issue for an otherwise very high quality product.

Great Harmonica
These Seydel Session Steel harmonicas are great. They are my favorites when it comes to the sound they make. I don't know if it's the steel reeds, but the bending is not quite as easy. But they are quickly becoming my go to harps, and I now own them in C, D, and A. The quality is definitely there on these too and the design makes it easy to play.

So far so good
So far so good. Plays good right out of the box. In tune, responsive, great tone, comfotable Shipped fast. If it holds up to my abuse like it's advertised I will be a happy camper.

Accompanys Well
This harp plays beautifully with my resonator guitar tuned to D. It's bright with good fundamental tones that mic well. It doesn't attack my mustache like some others. A good player in my rotation of alternate tunings.
