Bought in May 2 blown by October, not a very long lifespan
I bought these bulbs and put them around the house. 2 have blown already we are only in October and the light isnt used that much. Disappointed I hope the others last longer.

I always thought Every Ready was a good name but when the bulb went after a few ...
Very scary. I always thought Every Ready was a good name but when the bulb went after a few weeks it also stopped the touch option on the lamp from working. Not only that but it when it went it didn't go quietly and scared me to death.

Broken bulbs.
On opening the bulbs today four of them are in a hundred bits!

3 of the 10 globes purchased blew/died with litte use.
Too cheap and nasty. I have now had 3 of the 10 globes purchased blew/died. The light fitting is located in a spare bedroom that has 2, possibly 3 visits a week. I understoodd being cheaper bulbs they would not last for ever, but they would be lucky to have done 10 hours since purchased, versus the 1,000 hour life quoted on the box. If it's any use they did say 'the halogen ones http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00F54LTD8 that should be more resistant to peaks of voltage'. Haven't had them pop like that before, if you do step up the the halogens, best bet would be to find a decent seller.
