The variety available verses what they have available to them is very slim.If they want customers to try the diet before signing up for the auto pay I suggest they use some of their products they show on their commercials. The food was not very tasty, however having said that, I did drop 9 pounds in 12 days. The product does work. You just have to really be determined to drop the weight. However, I have noticed in the commercials they have a huge variety of foods that look much tastier than the one's they make available for the test rats.....Good Luck

I ought the five day pack to see if I could tolerate the cut in calories and portions. It turned out to be easy. I've lost 14 lbs so far. And ordered my second 28 day supply I have also exercised. I dont anticipate my 2nd month weight loss will be so much but we'll see

This seems like a mostly decent substitute to real (fresh) food, but it is processed after all and many of the products taste it. I could probably stick with it for a while in order to drop a few lbs, but don't think I could stand it for any length of time.. they do taste better then medi-fast in my opinion, and somewhat cheaper too..
